In and Out. Remodel is nice, but wished they had done something with the parking lot. If you drive a real full size truck... be ready for a curb check in the drive thru. Lol. But hey... donuts are good!
It was dark and the board to order from wasn't even lit. Asked to turn on, they said on a timer. Asked for any fresh donuts, NO.I thought Dunkin Donuts was a donut place. Its as bad as the one in Clinton.Nothing is ever good. Sorry, but true.
What you get when you order a breakfast sandwich - cold, rubbery and WHERE IS MY BACON!?!? Dunkin’ Donuts is slipping - long line and overpriced, poor quality food.
I can’t think of the girl that helped me but she had colorful hair & eyebrows , i told her i wanted my drink extra sweet & she made it just PERFECT, Thanks boo ..
Please someone make them close this shop. Everytime I order from Dunkin on Ramsey there is an issue, whether they are out of products, short staffed, or the food is stale. I uber eats'd a dozen doughnuts one morning around the holidays while I got ready for work. Brought them in and they were like hockey pucks. And this morning I got a bagel that I ordered toasted but was not only not toasted but doughy in the center like it was raw.. And the cream cheese was rancid.. I gagged when I bit into it. This place is the worst. Just shut it down. Plenty of good options along Ramsey. Avoid this store. If only you could smell this picture. ??
Went by at 5:45 this morning and no one was there. Lights were off and no cars anywhere in the parking lot. Sign says opens at 5am, website says 5am. Drove down to the Dunkin on Skibo, always a fast pleasant experience there.
Worst experience ever at this Dunkin. Waited 30 minutes in line for them to mess up the orders and charge me the wrong amount for a different order. No apology or rush to make the right order. Just the response of “oh today has been a day”. Lacked customer service , drinks still were made wrong and we just left because it was not worth it anymore.
Employees are so polite and professional. They helped me with a question i had the girl answered it and showed me where to look on receipt. I enjoy the iced green tea it is light and refreshing.
Order has been wrong multiple times I've gone and the service is incredibly slow. Don't usually take the time to review but this location needs a serious upgrade! Can't even say they're understaffed, bunch of people running around without a clue
My son an I came in after our 5 year check up. And the girl who helped us made him feel very special. We cant thank her enough! Xoxo
