Quick friendly service, iced coffee needed more cream and flavor swirl, they usually get it right.
There drive through is all messed up. The road is awful!! The sad is donuts are shipped in and food is microwaved. Coffee is pretty good.
I love this Dunkin..the staff is always so polite and they take my order as soon as I walk in and it is always right..which is a hard thing to find around here!
Raeford rd location is not professional at all. I walk in, not one person greets- i stood there waiting for help for 7 mins til I said EXCUSE me, and then a lady looks up.My mobile order of course wasnt ready- when I got it my hash brown was cold, my bacon, fried egg, cheese crossiant was full of nothing but fat..no bacon at all- i leave and discover they didnt put my paid doughnut in my order, sp I had to turn around and go back for it.Manager doesnt seem to friendly, let alone is she professional. Think her name is Trish something like that. My first time at this location and probably the last time.Avoid this location. The only thing that tasted half decent was my glazed doughnut that I had to drive back for and it wasnt all that.Krispy Kreme doughnuts are 10xs better.
Went in the shop at 7:52pm. Duty hours listed in the door indicated open until 9:00pm.The most unlikable, unprofessional personnel you could ever meet are in this store. They kicked us out.Do not support business like this. Is garbage.
When you ask for light ice this is what they give you, not worth the price at this point. Bad customer service as well.
I visited the store for the vegetarian menu and they remove the menu items that were meatless. When the manager came up to the cash register where I was ordering she asked if my car was parked in a specific location and I said yes it is my car which was what I thought a parking spot she said I was blocking the drive-thru but I was not cars were going into the drive-thru just fine. She freaked out on me literally almost having a panic attack telling I need to move my car before I place my order I simply asked I just place my order before I move my car to save time when I decided to have just something simple and quick to order and she refused to take my order and insisted that I move my car from the location I was parked despite not blocking the drive-thru a just to prove to her that I was not blocking the drive-thru I went to another store on foot nearby to grab some juice. And several cars went through the drive-thru without my car having any impact on there access to the store and the drive-thru Lane. I just wanted to prove a point to her but her reaction to me is very immature and rude.
Every time I order they do not fill my cup up…$5 lasted and you have a MEDIUM drink … I’ll be going to Starbucks again LOL
Don’t ever expect your order to be correct from this dunkin. The service is nice but I’ve been here a total of 6 times and not a single time has my order been correct. I’m not the type of person to complain but it’s a very long wait even when placing a mobile order and the order is never correct. If you try to have things corrected they will just tell you they were sold out.
Coffee was alright. The store looks pretty unique. The staff are friendly. It has a terrible parking lot and the inside of the store is pretty dirty.
