Delicious, fresh, tasty, addictive, nothing else to explain

I love duck donuts and usually have no problem. But as I am still waiting for my order after 30 minutes I still don't have it. I stop at the one on Ramsey st. I think I'll have to rethink it next time I'm in town.

The worst experience ever! The place was dirty, the wait was way too long (45 mins for 2 donuts), and no one is the place knew what they were doing. Definitely won't be coming back!

I stopped by the Ramsey location this morning to get doughnuts for an individual with special needs that I work with as a reward for working so hard on his goals. I think her name was Trin, I’m sure I’m spelling it wrong. She provided exceptional customer service along with AMAZING doughnuts and one of the best macchiatos I’ve EVER had. Doughnuts were made as I waited, which was not long at all. The store also looked clean a great place to just hang out in. I’ll definitely be back because I can say I am HOOKED!

Love that every donut we order is always fresh and hot out of the oven. The choices are a bit overwhelming, but the pre-assorted options make it easier. This location in particular always gets the offer right and is always kind when we stop in to pick up a dozen. You really can't go wrong with duck donuts though!

I placed an online order at Duck Donut at 7:50 pm. I received an email stating that my order would be ready at 8:24 am. Please note closing is at 9 pm and there was an employee sitting outside for at least 30 minutes on her cell phone. I entered the 5155 Ramsey Street location at 8:24 am and was told by one of employees that “Your order is cancelled because we ‘bout to close.” My credit card had already been billed for the purchase. I asked how am I going to be reimbursed and she said I don’t know, the order will be cancelled.” This is my first and last time that I will enter Duck Donut. By the way, my order was simple- just powder only, nothing else.

Old donuts and they offer you stale donuts to try. I would not eat there. Day old food at 9 am is not good for business. Plenty of workers but food is cold and nasty.

Poor customer service I order a dozen mix donuts there was this Karen in there that didn't even smile at all they was in a hurry to go have breakfast in the back I haven't even left the store and they have already disappeared first time in there won't be going back there at all.. plain and nasty donuts 0 stars would have been better

Two people were working. I don't know there names. I went in with my family and the girl with the pink hair and braces and the girl with the neck tattoo and butterflies tattoos on her arm were eating a burger and fries. Neither washed their hands before making the donuts. The girl with the butterflies said she was a manager when talking to someone on the phone. She also "cleaned" off the prep station for the donuts with a cloth that repeatedly went into the donut toppings. I told my family just don't eat the donuts my youngest daughter ate hers anyway and honestly ended up vomiting later into the night. I'm not sure if it was their lack of cleanliness or a coincidence. This is not the first time this location has been a concern.

Best donut shop in town! I have to say, I was never much of a connoisseur when it comes to donuts, now that I've had the circular goodness that is The Duck Donut, I am the biggest fan. They are the freshest, tastiest donuts you could want. The establishment is extremely clean, and the staff is great. I highly recommend anyone with a sweet tooth, do your tastebuds a favor. A+++
