The pizza was awesome my son loved like it. The manager took extra care to make it especially for him and he was pleased. Usually I don't do domino's but if I do I will go out of my way to drive all the way to another city to this one to have her especially make his pizza, GREAT JOB MRS. NICHOLE!
Walked into the back. They say avoid the noid for a reason and next thing I know I woke up in another dominos with stitches on my left side so now I know why there pizza ls so cheep
Me and my husband ordered pizza and sat out in the car waiting for it to be done. I was watching through the window and realized NO ONE had GLOVES on.I went in and asked why no one was wearing gloves. I was told “we wash our hands frequently” however the person who was putting the boxes together and putting the pizza in them is the same person who handed my husband our receipt and did not wash his hands before going back to prepare the food.I got a refund and will not be returning. Wearing gloves is the most basic food safety protocol.

Just ordered these nasty dry, over cooked pizza, from Domino's Pizza To top it off they were not cut completely. Just spoke to store the manager Jeff Gaddy. He refuses to refund my money, and or bring me another order. This location is in Hopemills NC.
Cheesy breads were delicious, the pizza, not so great! I have a Domino's Pizza close to home un MA, & it is a great place to stop in for a quick, take home meal; but although Staff was very courteous & they service with a smile & respect, the pizza could use a little more love too. Thank you still, ???? for great Customer Service, you guys. Keep up with the good!
Ordered 2 medium pizzas on November 28, 2021 at 530pm along with parm bites, cinnamon breadsticks, and a 2 liter coke. The parm bites and cinnamon breadsticks were okay but the 2 pizzas were horrible. We ordered 1 topping pizzas with Alfredo sauce. Not only were they cold, but they were overcooked and it tasted like we were eating cardboard.
Always Delicious and Made to Order! We have always received our orders on time and staff has always been great. My family enjoys dinner with Domino’s, I do as well, so we will continue to make Domino’s in Hope Mills our #1 Choice.
Disappointed, I placed an online order at 610pm driver left store at 656pm got to my house at 739pm. The two pizza boxes were crushed in, when I opened to check all the cheese was stuck on top of box. Driver Jose said that's how they gave him the boxes. He said he would take it back to store and have the manager call me and I wrote my # on the receipt. I waited and waited and I called no answer. I decided to drive to store . I asked for manager he spoke to me from the back by the oven never came up front didn't even apologize he said he was too busy to call back. He had my money and my food smh. I asked for refund he didn't hesitate and refunded me and went on his way. He is a terrible manager. Wont go there again.
Very good pizza but they always seem in a rush to get off the phone. They have never gotten the order wrong. Food has always been hot and fresh. Quick delivery. Just not the best customer service.
