4/28/2022- I tried using my gift card but the ladies at the register could not figure out how to redeem it… one young lady was very rude and seemed as though she did not want to help me with my purchase. An older lady (manager I think) could not figure it out either. Instead of them reassuring me how to fix the issue, I just went ahead and paid cash for my ice cream. Someone should have at least tried to explain what the issue was instead of brushing it off.
It was so busy today but we got our desserts so fast!

Place Is Extremely Clean, Staff Is Extremely Friendly, Helpful, & Very Patient, Because I Took About 10 Minutes To Pick What I Wanted ? Um, Only Thing That Threw Me Off Was The "Puppy Treat" I Automatically Assumed It Was For Dogs, & It's Not, It's For Humans, Lol, So Dairy Queen... You Should Change The Name, Even Your Staff Agreed With Me, It's Just Not Appetizing! They Charge $1.00 For Toppings, I Find That Just A Little Over Priced. It's Just Sprinkles, I Would Understand If It Was .50. Just Saying. But Overall I Guess Prices Are Fair. Will Be Back Again!

Take my kids and they loved it. Great place to get ice cream for the kids and not spend a fortune on it
Ordered my ice cream and was told that in order to purchase at this store I would have to pay the EXACT AMOUNT of the purchase {they don't give change}. As a store owner in Fayetteville myself I felt offended, there is NO longer a change shortage in Fayetteville (I go to the bank daily.}. I contacted DQ.'s Corp. Office and they told me that they would have the owner of the store contact me but HE DID NOT. I have mentioned this experience to many people I come into contact daily. THANK YOU MR. or MRS. STORE OWNER for your professionalism!
My meal was delivered hot and tasty. I topped it off with a banana split. It was just the right size. Great experience!! I had the hot dog special with chips and a drink. The banana split had all the toppings. A good meal.
Smells extremely rancid when I visited. Smells exactly like a dumpster behind a restaurant. I had to walk out and go somewhere else
