It was a cool experience. You can pick all the ingredients you want to do. You really need to be patient and know that you're gonna wait 30-40 minutes (at least) for your food to be ready if there's a lot of people on the line. Patience is the key definitely
First time ever coming in to this establishment. Had a great experience until the end. My wife and I ordered drinks. From the bar. And got pure sour mix in our drinks. The most disgusting thing ever. Informed the waitress that we did not like the drinks. And did not want anything else in return. The drinks. Put a bad taste in our mouth. And did not feel comfortable ordering a new drink. Due to how horrible the first drinks were made. Pure sour mix and Pepsi. The manager come out and refused to refund the drinks off the order and said I can either take a remake or pay for the drink that I returned and that she was not going to refund the drinks. We only took a very small sip out of our dinks. After spending money for my family (wife and kids.) I don’t recommend coming here. The manager was very rude. About the situation. Very unhappy not a good experience at all. I will not be back.
Two new guys on the grill tonight. Cooking seems slower than usual. Still delicious food!
Crazy fire on Skibo (Fayetteville) had a roach crawling on the floor. After confirming with a picture, the manger approached and asked me to point the roach out that had crawled underneath the table. She killed the roach with a broom and swept it into the dusk pan. Shortly after we received the check. The manager never came back out or apologized for the bad experience. We tipped the waitress and wrote this review.
My 1st time being here. Whenever I do come back in town, I will definitely be back. Thank you! ? ? NOM NOM NOM!!!!
First time to a Mongolian style restaurant. Basically go through the buffet line and pick up all the raw items you want cooked. Season your items the way you want them with the huge choices of various sauces and dry spices. Take to the large grill area and the staff / cooks / Chef's, cook to your liking. The waitstaff brings your drinks and checks up on you frequently. You can make multiple trips through the line (that's what I did) as I wasn't quite sure how to do. That being said, it's mix and match to your liking for spices and so forth.
Multiple choices of vegetables and meat, seafood and spices! I delighted in all combinations! You could tell the the chef loved his job. Loved it!
We went 4/10/22 around 6pm my family of 6. It was my son’s 9th birthday. Came to check in and had a 45 minute wait. The host called us at 7:12pm. We had to wait on the waiter for drinks, which was very nice by the way. We got to the gathering station there were no bowls for at least 10 more minutes. We had a long line of people in front of us. By the time our food was prepared. They were putting all the food away. We weren’t told that the restaurant closed at 8:00 when we’ve only been waiting for 2 hours, no second plate and this is a Buffet. The manager proceeded to tell us there was no way to accommodate us. This was our fist visit to the restaurant. Only 10% off the bill. I felt like it was handled poorly. We would’ve like to at least made a to-go tray. The food was good but we couldn’t enjoy the experience.
The food was excellent! With the buffet, you get your money's worth! Your food is prepared right in front of you and is cooked perfectly. You choose what you want cooked together. My 8 month old loved it.
The food and service were outstanding! I just didn't like waiting for it over by the cooks while the ice in my scotch was melting. They were entertaining but I could've enjoyed my drink. I'll do take out from now on.
