We were seated at 9:00am, ordered our food and an app. The app was delivered to the table at 9:20. After receiving our app, we sat for an additional hour and fifteen minutes waiting on our meal (which we never received). Our server was very sweet and kept refilling drinks and apologizing. I watched as the kitchen consistently filled to-go orders while a multitude of tables in the restaurant had been waiting on food as long as we had. The Manager did not come to any of the tables until the hour and fifteen minute mark, at which point we told her to cancel the entire order. As we were leaving, at least four other tables cancelled and walked out. This location is extremely poorly managed! If you know it’s going to be a busy day, as will be the case for Mother’s Day, stop accepting to-go orders and focus on the customers inside your establishment! The is absolutely disrespectful to your servers who are not making money because they cannot turn tables due to management’s total incompetence! We were told the to-go order wait time was 2 hours and they continued to accept them while the tables were still waiting on food. So angry and completely disgusted.
We waited for 30 minutes for a table. No problem, I expected that but after we were seated and they took our order, we waited another hour and 15 minutes and still no food. As if that wasn't bad enough, they served two other people before us that came in about 15 minutes after us. The restaurant was half empty. Out of the 27 people I saw on our side, only 4 people had their food. It's ridiculous that they don't have enough staff to serve people when the restaurant is at 50% capacity. After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes we just left. The waitress was nice but the manager needs to get that kitchen in gear or this place needs to close down, period. What a shame because generally I like Cracker Barrel. It will be a while before we come back to this one.
Usually have a great experience however today, service was extra slow, kept asking for water since my iced tea wasn't what I got, had to ask 2 different servers till I finally got it after 10 min., didnt give us silverware, forgot our biscuits, then waited another 10 min for her to give us our bill then she asked if we were OK & had to ask for the bill. Food was OK but not as warm as it should've been. Not a good day.
Cracker Barrel a southern classic. Fantastic dinner and lunch food. Wide variety of things for everyone in the family. Even the pickiest of eaters. Clean restrooms and a cute little store. Overall highly recommended for after church function or just a cozy evening. Cannot go wrong with Cracker Barrel.
I chose this location for a family breakfast. We waited over an hour to be seated. Once we were seated we waited over another hour to receive our food. During the wait time we watched and spoke w other families of ethnic background who’d been waiting longer than we were. However, the caucasian family next to us had the same dishes, received their meal, ate, and left before us. My mother spoke w the manager and maybe she got the resolution she wanted but still I thought our experience should be shared.The experience seemed extremely prejudice. And perception is reality.The food was okay.
We had an amazing meal at Cracker Barrel tonight with no wait at all we highly recommend Sara she was a great waitress and would totally recommend her again. She was very attentive friendly and our drink glass never went empty at all we even got our biscuits quickly so we weren’t hungry while we waited.
Ordered over the phone because the site would not complete order. Kept telling us to finish out the order even though we did everything twice.Guy who answered the phone was quick and efficient but we were told 25-30 minutes. We got off the phone at 6:11. I got there at 6:45. Food wasn't done until 7 something but not a huge deal.Got home, my hamburger steak is burnt. I ordered it medium well. It wasn't even well done... It was burnt. Like scraping the charcoal off the top impossible to chew burnt. Really the only good thing on the plate was the mac and cheese.In short.Website was difficult to use.Food was late by about 20 minutes.Couldn't even eat the main course of my meal.Everybody was nice but I can't eat courtesy...
Food was really good and service was really good. The staff know the menu. We also went around 6 or 7 ish when it wasn't so so busy because it was a work week. The food even tasted good the very next day.
Slowest Cracker Barrel I've ever been to. Service is extremely slow. We'll never return to this location.
Love the food, however my recent order was incorrect as I ordered a large Mac n cheese and only received an individual sized Mac n cheese (see picture). Will continue to order here but hope the order accuracy improves…
