We enjoyed our meal and great service.
Thankful for the hospitality! We enjoyed the service and food for dinner and did a tiny bit of shopping in the store. We needed a place to spend the night on our road trip and they allowed us to stay overnight in one of their dedicated RV/bus parking spots. It was quiet and we felt very safe.Follow our family’s full time travel journey through state and national parks on Instagram: @arndts.arent.staying.put
This has to be the worst visit I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. The hostess was slow, slurring her words & looked as though she was on something. Her coworkers were aware & constantly shaking their heads at her & they had to come help her seat people. Our waitress dropped a tray of dishes that resulted in pieces of the dishes flying everywhere, including into the chest of a little girl who was maybe 5 or 6 years old. When we notified her, she just asked the child if she was ok & said she was sorry, then turned around to us & said "let me just throw this away & I'll be right back". The family finished their meal & left, a Manager didn't even come out to address it. Lastly, my French toast was burnt. I couldn't even get it replaced because our waitress disappeared & by the time she returned, others in my party were done & ready to go. Again, not a Manager in sight. I will definitely put this location on my Do NOT Stop list & sharing my experience with everyone traveling through the area.
Great food and wonderful service. Average wait time. Normal Cracker Barrel excellence.
The food was delicious. The waitress was new and never checked on us. If she would have she would have known she forgot a side dish. No refills. And when she did come, it was to bring the bill. Not to ask of we wanted anything else, which we did want dessert. But because of the service we left. I'm giving a 4 star because of the food
Don’t really care for the menu. Seems more like fast food. The breakfast was not good this morning. Eggs not cooked. Wife and I had breakfast $25 not poor at best.
Delicious food as always! Friendly staff as well!
Never been to Cracker Barrel so was excited to try it. Was disappointed that the mashed potatoes and corn were cold and the fried chicken was warm at best. Servers were so busy could not get her attention. We’re never offered dessert as the check was dropped on our table while still eating. Hopefully just a bad day on my part to try for the first time.
An hour wait and then another hour wait for the food to be served. The coffee and the hot chocolate you could see through! The food was cold when it was served there were no gravy on the mashed potatoes, unfortunately it looked like they were from the night before. Eggs were ordered over easy and came back over hard and were cold to the touch. Our waitress is absolutely amazing! Staff at the front desk was a little less than friendly! My first bad experience at a cracker barrel! Cracker barrel definitely did not meet my past experiences at cracker barrel, any cracker barrel.
Such a nice restaurant. The interior is a vibe and adds to the whole experience making the food even better. I am from Denmark and I can only recommend other tourists to try out this place. You really get the Southern experience. Love it and miss it!
