The food at Cookout is always piping hot and fresh. They have an extensive menu at very good prices

I honestly wish I could have zero stars however the site does not allow it. After they got my order wrong 3 months ago I decided to give them another shot tonight. I ordered my food which came out to be $51 dollars and some change. I asked the sweet lady at the window if she could repeat the order to make sure it was correct. After confirming the order I proceeded to pay and also left a tip for the young lady at the window. I skimmed thru the food real quick and headed home. When I got home I realized I didn’t get 80% of my order and I also got someone else’s. I immediately called the store to speak to a manager. I called three times , no one answered, all three of the calls were ended after ringing a couple times. So I went back to Cookout to speak to a manager face to face. The young man that I spoke with was extremely polite and reassuring that the problem will be handled and I would have my food. After waiting about 5 to 8 minutes the rest of my food was brought out so immediately I checked the food. To my disappointment I was still missing some food. I will never order from this Cookout again. This is completely unacceptable! I am a manager in the food industry as well so I understand how things can get complicated and stressful from time to time. However something needs to change!!

If you like Dick’s at Myrtle Beach then this is the perfect spot for you.Here’s a pic of their “steak style” burger…. Looks really… yeah. No.Just bc you hate your job doesn’t mean you should do it poorly. Respect yourself.PS: @cookout corporate, we can tell you copy and paste the same response for months. Don’t.Edited to mention:Audio on the recording from my dash cam (with gps, date, time) shows the employee even asked follow-up questions for my omitted order items.Best of all:I was told TWO DIFFERENT TOTALS and charged something $5 MORE than the higher amount they said.May explain why the lady (mgr?) never gave me the receipt, even after I asked. Get your receipts and double-check your charges, y’all.

This isn’t a food related complaint more so a company related complaint I’ve been coming to this location for over 3 years and the employees deserve so much more, there is one girl that works her tail off every day I come and she is so polite and has the BEST costumer service every time. I’m not sure if there is a staffing issue or what but I make sure to tip that little girl (works on the outer lane) every single time because I see how hard she works every day and never has anyone to help her out, as a company providing help to your employees as busy as this one is you would think maybe shutting down to give your employees a break until you hire actual staff so you don’t over work the ones you still have. Keep up the great work employees !!!

Just order bar BQ plates a go 30-40 mins ago today. There was hardly any bar bq on the sandwiches but loaded with slaw to mask the amount. The chicken Quasi had 2 tiny pieces of meat and a string of tiny cheese. I get the same thing everytime I go to cookout and plus I use to work at a cook out long enough to know these is not the right portions

I went and ordered a chicken tender meal a jr cheese burger meal and a two hotdogs deal my fries were overly seasoned with Cajun seasoning and under cooked not to mention my hot dogs were flipped upside down and undercooked and my toppings were wrong. I gave them a chance to fix it they acted like they didn’t wanna correct my hotdogs I waited for 15 mins for 2 hotdogs and Cajun fries just for my remake to be wrong and have hair in it I demanded a refund and the cashier Isaiah Webb kept laughing at me and slamming the door in my face after I demanded to talk to a manager I will be calling corporate because this is unprofessional and the worst customer service. I will never spend a penny at this location ever again

Got Cajun fries and this is how they gave it to me. They said I can just put the seasoning on it after they forgot to.

Me and my brother older the coleslaw chili cheese burger I ordered someone french fries my brother ordered some with onion rings and all they gave him was like four to five onion rings on his plate I have to admit they could have done a better job than that the food is great but getting a little bit for the price you pay for it is ridiculous come on now the money that we spend on a chili cheese burger combo with french fries and my brother ordered a chili cheese burger combo with onion rings and we got very little onion rings for a 5 that's ridiculous they could have done a better job especially with everything going up like it is and making us having to spend more money just to get what we want

BBQ was good but service was soooo slow haha and we were only 3 cars back still took 30 mins lol

Sat in line at 2:40pm on Sunday. Gave our first order and then everything went silent. 3 min later we are asked to hold on. 5 min later we were asked for our order. Managed to get 2 words in and were asked to hold again. Screw that. We left. 4 cars beside us went through while we were waiting. I will never come back
