Great Cold Stone location! But can be extremely packed at times with a line out of the door! Well worth it though!
These people are so rude especially the young teenage girl at the register. Door dashers don't pick up from here!!I asked the lady if an order was ready she looked at me and rolled her eyes and walked away!! Never picking up orders here again!
White male cashier was blatantly racist towards 2 Arabian women. The line was moving casually until he saw the two women walk in the store and immediately he stopped serving with a look on his face towards the women. He didn't come back to the register until his coworker assisted the women. Me and my family had to watch this as it played out. The cashier is a heavy set white male with a short cut, brownish blonde hair with glasses. The racism was plain as day.
I come into this specific store all the time. Great service, no complaints, always tip. I came in on Valentine's day night and I don't know what was wrong with the staff that night but, the energy was really off. I came in, got my usual, and while I was asking for the base of my ice cream the lady (a blonde lady to be specific.) gave me a very rude tone and look. I asked her how her day was going, no response at all. I asked if I could get my Everybody's ice cream bagged and it was THROWN into the bag with 3 spoons. I couldn't get a name either because she didn't have a name tag on, but everyone else did. I felt like it was racially motivated from the service I received, because while in line I saw that every other non person of color was receiving good customer service, fast well mixed ice cream and she even put a lid on top for them. But when I asked for mine it was sloppy and I didn't even get a bag or spoon, not even ONE spoon for mine, I had to ask for SPOONS for my ice cream at an ice cream shop. I always get great customer service. I always come in at night time and never had a bad experience. If you come into this coldstone and there's a blonde lady working I don't recommend coming in. I hope you get a better attitude because the one you had is not going to get you anywhere. Thank you to all the other staff members! Any other night 5/5 but that night 0/5.
Verbal altercation broke out between employee and customer, where the customer and employee began exchanging verbal expletives over “somebody’s girl”.This scene caused the whole line to stop, all employees watching, and dropping ice cream, I unfortunately had to leave before receiving any ice cream. Overall unprofessional.
My family’s order was completely forgotten by the time we reached the register due a verbal altercation that broke out between an individual and a worker at which point we left because of how unprofessional the establishment was and the nature of the altercation
Akeil - assistant General Manager is RUDE! Refused to even deal with the fact that my online order was wrong. He did this because some ( a bowl) was taken out (WHICH BY THE WAY - would be the only way to see that a tripple oint was incorrect (14.00 container of Ice-cream). I was made to believe it was my fault that I made the kids eat dinner before Ice-cream (thus I did not call until 9p). Therefore; (the 2 aforementioned items are) the reason that there's NOTHING HE WILL DO for me. Though he blamed it on the General Manager (whom he claimed to call and ask)... No accountability to paying customers ? especially since I literally spend hundreds of dollars here a year!! Check my account. He didn't want my information and refused to give me the GM's name, prior to being condescending about me contacting corporate!! This is unexpected and disheartening to be treated like I was so out of line as to ask for my correct order!! Yes, and he wanted to argue (without having seen my container) that they have measurements of how much for each mix-in - YEP they do! Proof that my issue IS INDEED VALID!!! 3 pints of Ice-cream 6 - measured mix-ins = do the math Akeil. I was polite referring to him as Sir, and had my brother tip them when he picked it up
Good service but the cake we got wasnt seeled probably so it dropped when I pulled it out of the car...thankfully we saved most of it but what we didnt was super plain and not all that great ?
Due to covid restrictions you cannot taste the flavors. Totally understand this, even appreciate their measures as we battle the pandemic. However, when I questioned the flavor I received (as it didn’t taste like the flavor I ordered) the employee stood her ground and stated that was what I ordered. Didn’t ask me why I was asking, was there something wrong with my order, or anything to resolve the reason I inquired. Just stood her ground. I was forced to throw it away because it wasn’t what I ordered. To add, prior to ordering the flavor combination, I had asked if it was possible to leave cinnamon off and she stated yes. There was cinnamon in my ice cream. She didn’t even give me room to say that as she stood her ground. VERY disappointing when you pay what you do for Cold Stone Creamery ice cream and don’t have the opportunity to taste the product. I suggest they find some way to provide customers who may not like what they order (since they can’t taste it) better customer service. I would even pay for a taste size sample cup before getting a full size cup of something I don’t like.
