The fact that i have to give even a single star is overly generous. The buffet had 2 hot pizzas on it, the rest were cold and dry and genuinely terrible. The counters were disgusting on both customer and prep side. The entire restaurant was super dirty. The "walls" between booths had a thick layer of dust on them. Not to mention the salad bar had a few soggy and soaked cucumbers, croutons, and a little bit of old browned lettuce mix. 0/10
Clean and plenty of space. Great salad bar, and they're always bringing out fresh pizza ? dessert is usually good too but they hadn't reset it while I was there.
This place was great before covid-19 happened. Then the longtime manager quit and the quality of the operation as a whole went down hill. The last three times my family went here were consecutively worse than the last. Once there was pizza with sauce around the edge of the pizza only with the center 3/4 and very dry and with over cooked cheese. The time today the place was fairly busy and they had no pizza ready for the 5 o-clock crowd. We showed up at 5:20 and the counter was bare except for a few pieces that been under the heat lamp for a long time. The staff in the back was cutting up like teenagers at highschool and ignoring the customers. The best part was when another one of the customers called my wife a b--ch because she waited at the counter to get pepperoni pizza for our son whose birthday it was and wouldn't let her cut in front. So with all that we will not be returning to this CiCis pizza location. The corporate rep needs to do a quality assessment on this location.
I wanna give 2 stars , the people working were working hard doing a great job, but there were some customers being so selfish, taking every slice. People can be rude! But hands down good pizza!!
I gave it 3 stars because it was early Monday so they may not put out their best on the slow days. It was not a big selection and everything seem to be cold and a little dried up. It's been years but I usually have good experiences at Cici's, today just happened to be not one of them.
It's PI Day and we go to cici's to enjoy the PI day pizza buffet promotion, go in and no employee is at the register, wait at least 5 minutes before someone shows up and there's a couple ahead of us ( my family of 5) and a couple behind us, apparently a young kid has been "nominated " by the few employees that are there to come and inform those of us waiting to pay and eat that they do not have enough dough to make more food to feed us, they only have enough to feed the people that have already paid and were eating, wasn't even half full of customers, and proceeded to throw the prep person under the bus by stating " she's new and slow and didn't make enough dough" and was claiming he " and his fellow manager and employees we're sorry about the slow prep person not making enough dough to feed y'all " this is highly unacceptable and if he's a manager he is highly unprofessional, as a good manager he should have seen they were running low and jumped in to help out in any way necessary and made more, this situation is absolutely ridiculous
Table's were dirty.Very few vegetables on the salad bar. No fresh pizza . Even after we asked if there was going to be any more pizza .This was my first and last time of ever eating there.
I wish there was pizza to eat, came tonight and a blonde lady and man who works here took a two hour lunch break and literally took all the pizza every time a fresh one came out. Literally FIVE plates stacked. Wth? Pizza that was there was so stale! Tried to make a request and they couldn’t do it.
Nice. Clean restaurant, food was OK, but not much out and what was out wasn't the freshest.salad bar was half empty and stuff on the bar looked old. Never been here and it be this way.
Kicked us out for not wearing masks and blamed it on Corporate. Not one single person in the restaurant...I wonder why?
