Just drove 30 mins to get here cause it says they close at 10 got here at 9:10 but they closed at 9 so yeah that’s great of them.
The outside looks like it needs a remodeling, but don't let that fool you the food is great and staff polite. It did take a little while to get our food but it was fresh and hot worth the wait.
I'm going to be honest I didn't come in here with a good attitude because I had to wear a mask but that all changed quickly. The staff here were super nice and seemed to enjoy their job. They got all of our food out in a timely and the establishment was very clean. They treated my buddies and myself well. I wish more fast food restaurants we're like this.
4 stars has to do with only one thing... We went there and used the online coupon that they have. It was a mix and match of legs and thighs... If you read that properly it means plural legs and plural thighs... However inside the box who is legs and thigh. I'm thinking that they did this because of the coupon used. Either way it's kind of shady to give all legs and one thigh. Aside from that the place is great the chicken's good love the mac and cheese and the mashed potatoes are excellent.
Great everything was great my wife loved the biscuits im big on churches biscuits however something about the biscuits didnt taste like i used to get but overall customer service was great and food was great.
We enjoy the chains food,but I do not enjoy going inside of this one. We walked in and it sounded like I was in a high school cafeteria. When they came to the registers we were told that we had to put on mask or go to drive through...When we got our food the chicken still had a little pink inside ans I am not a fan of pinkish chicken tenders. However the honey biscuit was amazing along with the potatoes!
I came here a few times in the last month to present and each time they out right didn’t show any interest in preparing food even though I came well within their operation hours (6-7pm). This location is also is notorious for messing up orders and taking forever to get your order out even with simple items like a drink and sides.
I ordered chicken dinners.and they contained the biggest ugliest chicken I have ever seen. Took it to the counter, to find out that all the chicken was ugly, deformed and over cooked .you couldn't tell a breast from a thigh the wing had drums part the size of a fist. I have never experienced anything like this in all my years. Totally wrong.
Their truck had not come and was basically out of everything. Normally I have a great experience but it wasn't this day.
I like churches. The food hear is as good as the others. Customer service depends on who's working as well as the drive thru.
