The staff here has non existent communication skills. I’ve been frequenting this establishment since 2016 I have 5 kids. The children working here are miserable and rude. You can tell they don’t want to be there. But I’m just trying to bring my children to have fun
After spending $75 for a pizza two small drinks in 120 tickets my girlfriend was asked to leave. It was because she had an unauthorized Styrofoam cup that was full of water. She said she would throw the cup away as soon as she was done drinking the water. She said that they should bring her an empty cup so she could fill it up with water. Four police cars drove up and told my girlfriend that she had to leave. I was across the room when all this happened with the neighbors 3 year old and 4 year old. We brought them there while their grandmother was at the doctors. So I gave my tickets away and cut our visit short. The little girls weren't happy. We have been telling everybody about our wonderful experience.
The grandkids had a great time. The ONLY reason i am giving it 3 stars is because although i did not mind paying a higher price for the games, the food was WAY overpriced. $13 for a 2 topping personal pizza is ridiculous! Almost $8 for a warm chocolate chip cookie, the same size! I will make sure the kids eat BEFORE coming there again. 90 minutes of play time for each of the 3 girls, a cheese personal pizza, a 2 topping pizza, 2 box juices and a bottle of water, kids nuggets and fries and a cookie was $162! Too much for what you get. And quite a few games weren't working.
Counted at least 10 machines unplugged and more that didn’t work properly or count any movements during play time. They didn’t let us know that so many machines were out of service or else we would not have stayed. It made it a lot less fun when the kids couldn’t play many of the games or get they to operate or tell the correct score. Will not be back to this location.
One of the worst Chuck E Cheeses I have been to...which says a lot. Literally a 1/3 of the entire games were broken and inoperation. See pictures below. I told the manager they should at least tell customers upon arrival so you have the right expectations going in. Ridiculous.
We went for my sons birthday party today, service was amazing! I forgot our party hostess name but the manager said she was still very new. She made my son truly feel like he was the star of the show and was VERY attentive and personable. Very sweet girl! There were 2 other parties going on and like I said, she did an amazing job at making his day all about him! Pizza was very good! She got me anything I needed very quickly.
Had a blast with my 3 year old. Much cheaper to play games than Dave and Busters...HOWEVER it is also much harder to win enough tickets to get any good prizes
Our kids enjoyed this place very much.
My little ones love it here we go when its not busy which is anytime from opening to 3pm. All the staff is very friendly. Its usually clean and the food is really good. It's only missing a star because they don't sanitize the games at all and most of the really good games and rides are broken.
The best place to have a birthday party! We will be there this weekend 2-26-22 to celebrate my son's 12th bday. We try & go there every yr for his bday. Check it out! I always have a blast!
