We ate here last night for the first time ever! Let me tell you that food was delicious! Our server was amazing and so nice! I wish I would have got her name! We will be returning soon!
Worst experience ever, we ask to be seated outside, they act like that was a problem then Debbie comes out after we have been sitting waiting forever and says no one wants to serve us because it’s to hot, mind you it’s 8pm and not hot, No they saw our black face and didn’t want to serve us. Point,blank period
Loved the whole experience! I ordered Mushrooms as an appetizer, prime rib with pilaf rice, and soup.The mushrooms were very juicy and rich in flavor! The prime rib was cooked to perfection with an amazing flavor. The soup was perfect not to salty. Nilo(My Server) was very respectful and very attentive. My food was brought out fairly quick. The restaurant is very clean. 5 star! Would definitely recommend.

Poorly run with poor service. A friend took me to dinner and I was totally disappointed. We tried to order an appetizer and was told by the server that they were not offering any of the apps tonight. So we proceeded to order dinner. I ordered the catch of the day plus a Caesar salad and was told No Caesar salads tonight only a house salad. I settled for the house salad.About 15 minutes went by and the server returned to our table to say No More Catch of the day. I proceeded to order a steak, baked potato and salad. 20-30 minutes later the steaks arrived and they never brought the salads! The steaks were good but they really need to get their act together for the prices they charge.
The servers were incredibly sweet, and I know they were understaffed, but it took over 2 hours from the time we sat down and ordered drinks to get our meals. Drinks and apps were good, but main meal was very bland. Also, crackers and cheese whiz is a little tacky for an “upscale restaurant”. Disappointing for such high prices.
First time visiting at the recommendation of a friend. Came on a Wednesday close to opening time and we were immediately seated by the hostess. Our waitress immediately took our drink orders and never let our glasses get close to empty. I ordered the ribeye and sweet potato and a Greek salad. The steak was perfectly medium-rare and had excellent flavor with no need for sauce. The sweet potato came with house-made cinnamon butter which was outstanding. The manager came by to check on us and he seemed sincere and attentive. I will definitely be back.
Definitely not all that it was hyped up to be. The atmosphere is nice and the service was good but the food was subpar at best. Spent 50$ on the ribeye, medium, and struggled to chew it. I'm not one to leave a steak unfinished but I just couldn't eat that.
My wife and I haven't dined here in a few years. I must say we thoroughly enjoyed our experience this trip. The dining room ambiance is pleasent and conducive to conversation. Our server Amanda, was extremely attentive and professional. Our meals were well prepared and timely in presentation. We enjoyed the blackened chicken with broiled shrimp. The cheesecake here is the best in the region. The Manager Donovan, was attentive and friendly but not to the point of being over-present. Highly recommend Chris's Steakhouse as one of the premier fine dining experiences in Fayetteville.
Every aspect of this restaurant was amazing. Called earlier in the afternoon to make a reservation for that evening. Came in and my table was already ready! Everyone was so friendly and the food was delicious! Wonderful date night for anyone who goes. I'm definitely making this a regular place to go!
