My family and I really enjoyed our experience at Chipotle. We had not eaten there before the fundraiser at our child's school.I would definitely recommend this place especially if you love spicy food.
While they were very busy AND there was a 10-15 minute wait for any type of chicken, they kept the line moving and kept us the customers VERY informed. None of them had an attitude and EVERYONE if the them was doing their job and helping each other out. Well oiled machine. And most of the customers waited with no complaining. EXCELLENT JOB, FROM AN EXCELLENT TEAM WHICH MEANS THEY HAVE AMAZING MANAGEMENT Thank you so much for being a rare type these days
Just ordered a steak bowl. As you can see there’s literally not one piece of meat in this bowl. Problems everytime I order from this store.
Normally, Chipotle doesn't disappoint, but the last 2 times we've ordered has been very disappointing. The first time the steak was almost all gristle and fat, and this time, I ordered extra barbacoa, and got 2 big chunks of extra fat. No lettuce, sauce and it was so cold, the cheese didn't melt. Unacceptable. Just because it's an online order, it Doesn't mean slack off. Do better Chipotle!
At Skibo. Never disappoint. Same quality and flavors. Our favorite place since Covid started.The other one at Raeford is not the same.
I placed an order for pick up and asked for paid for extra chicken. My bowl barely has any chicken and hardly any of the toppings I had asked for. The bowl is also not even filled completely.
Every time I visit this location (Skibo Rd), it is unclean. Trash cans over flowing to the point the trash is being thrown on the floor. Tables dirty, drink area is dirty (no napkins, no straws, tea/lemonade/etc is empty). Mobile orders from the app take over an hour to receive.
I don’t know why they don’t understand the concept of a salad. I had one delivered with no lettuce. Then the second time I ordered delivery, my husbands burrito had more lettuce then my salad. Then going in, I had to ask the guy to give me more lettuce twice because at first he only grab one tog full and it barely covered the bottom of the bowl. Stop being stingy with the lettuce! It’s a salad not a burrito bowl, it’s suppose to have mostly lettuce!
Every time I order my bowls , I make sure I add CHIPs, salsa and guac as extra sides and I PAY for that separate on my bill. I have NEVER received my CHIPS. Why on earth would a person order just sides, take the tie to look at the order and review before closing it and sending it through grubhub. Then when I call to ask about it , no one ever picks up the phone !!!!! Yes it may be just chips , but I PAID for it and I wanted them. I'm done w/ Chipotle , I will never go to the one here again !!!!!
Usual the same experience as you would expect from any Chipotle, but this is the closest Chipotle for 30-40mins. It gets really packed most of the time. long lines. They run out of stuff and give smaller portions. Always usually have new workers as well.
