Just clean and quick and you get a fantastic tasting burrito. Don't laugh but I got this Orange lemonade stuff and it was amazing. Just remember to try the orange one!
I visited Chipotle on April 2, 22. I placed an online order for pickup at 1050. When I arrived my order was not ready. I was acknowledged by one of the employees and she said they were working on my order, they were not. The job of the morning crew is to be ready to open the restaurant. They were not ready to be open at all. The online order station had not been prepped. The crewmember didn't start working on my order until 1100. The bowls were not labeled. The portion sizes also did not match they price. There was hardly any meat in the three bowls that I've purchased. I have eaten at this location a lot the quality and care has diminished tremendously.
I placed an order on doordash and my order had to be above $12, so I ordered extra chicken in my bowl to meet the minimum.I ordered the chicken bowl with brown rice, black and pinto beans,.romaine lettuce, etcI also ordered peppers and onions, which I did not get. I ordered tomatillo sauce, which I didn't get either..Those two missing ingredients make a huge difference. I tried calling the store, but since everyone has gone automated, you can never get anyone on the phone.Thankfully, doordash refunded me. I prwdwe the skubo location even though I live closest to the Ramsey. This Ramsey location has never been able to get it together since they opened.
Their pick-up prep line needs at least two people to work it with the volume of pick-up orders that they usually get. Then they'll have three to four people working the regular prep line, so it's almost pointless to place a pick-up order, because you're going to wait on average 20-30 minutes after your pick-up time.I placed a pickup order and proceeded to run the rest of my errands and then drove to Chipotle about 30 minutes later. I get there and I'm the only one standing in the pick-up order line, so I thought it was odd. I wait to ask the staff if anyone is working the pick-up order section and he says yes, but it'll be a minute. Again, there were four guys all working the regular prep line.About 20+ minutes go by, so I proceed to go stand in the regular line. When I get to the first guy who asks what I'm having and I explain that I've been waiting to pick-up my order and at the very bottom of the screen it said Skibo, which was odd, because all of my orders are always for this location only. I've never placed any orders for that location.The guy said that sometimes when they turn off their pick-up/mobile orders it does that. For me, the customer it was frustrating, because I was starving as I hadn't eaten all day. By the time I had gotten there, it was already supposed to be after the pick-up time. It needs to be clear if this location cannot do pick-up orders, they need to make it clear to the customer, so we are not inconvenienced and we can just plan to come in to place a to-go order.I see they're still having tons of issues with this location. Skibo is better, but further, especially when you're closer to Ramsey. They need to do better and staff the to-go prep with (2) people.
2 stars. Received a large unripened piece of avocado instead of guacamole. Other than that great burrito but not the same without all the components.
Nearest Chipotle for me. Seems decent enough as I've visited a handful of times. Sometimes the line is very long. Service is friendly and quick for customers. Here's the latest Sofritas bowl with Verde sauce, lettuce rice and beans and cheese
Had a chicken bowl which was as expected. The fresh tomatoe salsa was extremely spicy for some reason this visit, almost to the point I couldn't enjoy my food. Staff was very pleasant but had music blaring in the kitchen with curse words, not inviting at all. Was a bit dirty to sit and eat and the trash cans were full to the brim.
If you want to get your order on time thru Uber eats, just go ahead and order from the Chipotle on Skibo. This location takes a lot of time when it comes to online orders.
10 out of 10... Would not recommend. Asked for double beef, and let me tell you what I got was not double beef. Buddy at the counter serving the food was only giving half scoops and the second scoop buddy didn't even get all the beef out the spoon before putting it back. Put more meat in the burrito, that's what I'm paying for not all them rice and beans.
Everyone else at work got full bowls and exactly what they ordered, then they saw my bowl and said f that guy. Thanks for the half bowl and missing stuff I ordered in it. Losers.
