Food was pretty hot considering me and my friend came in 2 hours before closing. The staff is friendly and the food was good for the most part. My favorite thing here is the Mei Fung garlic noodles
The food was wondering but the whole staff was arguing in front of customers. The other customers we waiting for service while the workers were arguing in the kitchen. You could even hear plates breaking and yelling it was awful. You couldn't eat your food in peace. We had to wait for the staff to stop arguing in order to pay.
Very nice workers. Food tasted awesome. Great selection of food. Cheap price for great food.
The staff was rude. The buffet was in need of a restock. Lots of empty pans. No one ever refilled our drinks so I did it myself and they scolded me. Wasn't a fan of this place.
The food was hot and fresh, everyone was wearing the N-95 masks so I felt very safe eating there. The prices are fair and the staff is very polite.
I would give them a zero for customer service for sure The manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. My son bought some food on the 26th of December with a visa debit card. They didn't give it back and so now I'm dealing with getting it back. She was yelling at me on the phone and hung up on me. I called back and she said yes like I was nobody. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I told her she didn't need to yell at me and she wouldn't let me talk at all. She said she didn't have a debit visa card and kept yelling at me. I know they had it and didn't give it back to him. The receipt says two debit cards but he paid one visa card and the rest in cash. He will never go back to that place again. She was just plain rude.
This used to be my favorite restaurant and the best Chinese in Fayetteville to me. I still give them ratings of four stars because they still have high quality food
If I could give this a zero star I would. I fixed a plate to go. Got to the register and it was $16.23 for a To Go plate. (I guess this is why you can’t get a receipt) So I asked her, “it’s that much can I just change and eat here”? She said “Yes”. Sat down to eat and couldn’t enjoy it as nothing tasted fresh. It was over cooked and definitely not fresh. Went to try and salvage my money by fixing another plate. She then told me, “Oh I misunderstood you, you can’t do that. Now I was left leaving the food and paying $16.23 for nothing.
Food is real good they really load you up on fortune cookies
This place is REALLY good.. best beef and broccoli ever, plus an unexpected bonus, desserts!! They are practicing really good COVID measures too. I appreciate the lower prices for kids. Definitely recommend!
