I definitely recommend checking your bag, they seem to be off in the past few months
We have been going to this location for years. We stopped tonight to grab a quick bite, when the order was brought out it was not correct. We ordered Mac -cheese instead of fries on 3 of the meals, the cashier did get 1 of correct and was up charged 1.40.. I went back up and waited for 5 minutes to get the situation fixed. I was turned over to a leader, who wanted the fries back, no biggie, which he threw in the trash can behind the counter and said it would be an up charge . I said yes, he doubled the up charge. I paid $2.40 this time for EACH Mac &Cheese that was the same size. We won’t be back. I will go to another store or eat at home before I eat at Ramsey Street again.
Best food every cashier is really nice
Terrible customer service! Got refused service because I am in a Semi. and walked up to try and order food, after working 14 hrs day. Was told to order on an APP. Can't pay cash with an app. Just inconsiderate and rude.
It's not bad, but the standalone stores are better.
Ordered two salads on mobile app took forever to get order. 5 to 7 cars behind me got their orders and I was told to pull forward. Still waiting fifteen minutes later
We just used chick fil A’s new delivery and we are so impressed! It was fast, our entire order was correct, and it came warm and with the same great service as in person! Ramsey street is by far our favorite in the area!

This location has some real rude employees mainly the night crew. The first time I thought it was me but no it’s them. And I definitely don’t spend my money where I don’t feel welcomed.
