I like Chick-fil-A, but I have to deduct points for having to wait in a long car line, only to have to get out and go in anyway because the order was incorrect.That was the second time in as many trips to Chick-fil-A that happened, albeit they were at two different establishments.Drive through is supposed to be for convenience, but nothing is more inconvenient than having to bag stuff back up and go inside, when you may not have even been dressed to go inside and be seen by others.
No complain about food quality but they have some very bias behavior and attitude toward people who they serve!! For example- when giving us the food we buy, if some one says,”there you go”, how it sound! “ Please can you park the car little bit further”- with stern face! Overall it’s very uncomfortable place to go!! They seriously need to train their employee customer service of this century!!Not recommended base on the service!
I had never had a problem with this particular Chick-fil-A Arianna whom took our order was super friendly and even taught me that 10 sauce packets equals a bottle! As you can see in the picture we asked for 10 sauce packets. For 3 orders we got 1 packet of sauce per order. Why?
I ordered the #5 breakfast meal with sausage and OJ, for takeout. I arrived at home with no egg on the biscuit. Looking at their online menu, I don't believe they offer a biscuit with sausage.
One of THE BEST Chick-fil-A's I have been to. The line was long but super fast! Mylasia andShanique were awesome! Their energy and willingness to help was great! Love love love this place!
I am always satisfied when I go to Chick-fil-A! The workers are trained well as uou can see when you interact with them. It warms my heart in this day & time to see so many younger people employed & are very professional.
I love the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with the waffle fries. I had to look up the menu before I went bc the line moves so fast, if you've never been there you dont really have time to look at the menu.
I love chick-fil-a and it’s rare I get a bad taste in my mouth after leaving, but the service here was not good. I had a card for a free milkshake and the guy that was a team leader argued with me over it trying to say I had already used it. First of all I just got it in the mail and I didn’t appreciate being accused of that. Second off I told him to separate the milkshake from the meal because I’ve done it before and that’s what happened. He totally ignored me. The girl taking the order walked off midway through the order and us trying to pay and he had to call for her to come back and we were just sitting there. Then another team leader comes up I told him we didn’t pay for the food and he handed us a bag anyways after I told him we didn’t pay. Then he says give me the bag back and walks off without any clarification. They skipped out on our sauce as well so I had to stop and ask for it. All in all just horrible customer service, I’ll be making a longer drive to Ramsey for my chick fil a from here on out.
Food and service great as usual. The only down side is you have to wait in drive thru line until car in front had their food before you can leave as there is no space to go around so you end up waiting. Location is usually busy.
