DO NOT GO HERE!!! If you need your Chick-Fil-a fix go to the one on Skiibo. I waited in line at the drive thru, which is typical for a Chick-Fil-a but when I got up to the front the cashier looked at me and went to the guy behind me. NEVER AGAIN IM DONE WITH THIS LOCATION! So glad my wife made the cashier cry lol
Usually a 5 star review just for the quality of service and people working there but this will mark the 2nd time of me ordering a gallon of lemonade and there being around 4-6 inches of pulp from the opening of the gallon bottle to the bottom of the bottle. We don’t mind pulp and my pregnant wife loves the lemonade but the lemonade mind already has pulp I’m having to scoop out about a inch or so of pulp out of every glass I pour it into and when you squeeze the gallon bottle it’s like eating one of those squeeze apple sauce snacks. Will still be ordering from here but just a heads up to anyone who orders the lemonade from here by the gallon you might end up like me.
Never really ever considered this an option previously based on the Chick-Fil-A sandwich I had from the 70s through the early 2000s. But I always wondered why their lines were so long, and I found out. The quality of the food is so much better. No longer do you get these processed patties anymore but real tasty chicken. Their soup is one of my favorites, especially on days where I missed lunch. I would then get 2 soups, and boy does it make you warm and fuzzy on the inside, especially when it's piping hot.
Not our best experience. Part of our order was missing and we had to go back up to reorder. Then it took a while to get the order. My daughter in law said the sweet tea was not so good
This location just can never quite get it right when using the drive through. We go here weekly and I am not over exaggerating when I say that 9/10 times - they do not remember the chick-fil-a sauce. Today, the lady who confirmed my order even read off “3 chick-fil-a sauces” yet when I checked there was none in the bag. We’ve had other things forgotten at this location like fries, cookies etc, fries half full, extremely long waits but it has almost become a joke at our house with the chick-fil-a sauce. Definitely never leave the drive thru without checking that they gave you all of your order and sauces!And I’ll add that I have brought up these concerns multiple times (and will do so again today) to the manager and am usually given some sort of reward - but the issues still remain.Giving two stars because the issues are so consistent and frustrating but the food is good - obviously, because it’s still CFA!Hopefully everyone else has better experiences but we always have issues at this location - hopefully they’ll get it together eventually!
Customer service is always on point. Food is fresh, fast and delicious. An example of how fast food can still be well prepared with a smile.
We have been going to this location for years. We stopped tonight to grab a quick bite, when the order was brought out it was not correct. We ordered Mac -cheese instead of fries on 3 of the meals, the cashier did get 1 of correct and was up charged 1.40.. I went back up and waited for 5 minutes to get the situation fixed. I was turned over to a leader, who wanted the fries back, no biggie, which he threw in the trash can behind the counter and said it would be an up charge . I said yes, he doubled the up charge. I paid $2.40 this time for EACH Mac &Cheese that was the same size. We won’t be back. I will go to another store or eat at home before I eat at Ramsey Street again.
Hair in my kid’s sandwich! I called about 6 times straight! No one answered the phone so I had to drive 20 minutes back to the store because this is unacceptable!
This place always greets you with smiling faces and a friendly attitude. The food is always hot and fresh. While you may see a line inside and/or outside, wait time are generally minimal. The crew here really knocks service out of the park!
