My sister and her mom just got food from here. And found a roach in food today. Please be cautious when eating here.
We love Chick Fil A but our order was wrong and fries were not hot! Not a good day!
I went to get some lunch after some shopping. I got some nuggets and a water. Unfortunately I can't drink cold water so I asked the young man Jovante (sorry if misspelled) if they had room temperature water. He went out of his way to ensure that I got what I wanted. Thanks for the amazing service.
I ordered delivery one day and the brownie was so undercooked is was practically squashed in the little bag it comes in. The sandwiches were cold and not good at all. I work at a Chick-fil-A and their food was not even good enough to feed to a pig.
As always food was good and staff excellent.
They never get my order right. Ordered 2 meals and 3 entrees by themselves. Only got 3 entrees and 1 meal. They had to pay extra for something i should have been charged correctly for initially.
We were st the mall and I git a milkshake and my grandson got a nugget kids meal. The kids meal was horrible, my grandson wouldn't eat it. Not ever again.
As always the food is hot, fresh, and delicious.The service is always fast & friendly no matter which location I go to.I don't know that I can say they've ever messed up an order either (which is EXTREMELY rare for fast food)
What else can you say about chick-fil-a? These people set the standard for fast food. Always a pleasure visiting. Maybe McDonald's can start taking notes from you guys.
Always first class service whenever I go to this Chick-fil-A. The customer service is always at a high professional level. Especially when you come to the drive-through you are greeted by a friendly smile and ask politely what would you like. From that point if there is a wait, it doesn't make the wait so bad. Also every time I've been there my order is always correct and they always give me the condiments that I asked for. The Chick-fil-A in Hope Mills seems to not be so busy all the time, therefore making it a grab-and-go real easy. I strongly urge you to stop by and check this place out. And most of all the food is great. I also like their salads and how they are prepared. All of the vegetables are very fresh and clean. I would have to say they prepare the best salads around for fast food restaurants. They also have a real good sweet tea. I even ordered a half and half which is half sweet and half unsweet and it still had a Pleasant taste to it. They also have a smart design in their parking lot so it is easy to get in and out. You do not have to worry about the drive-through blocking the main parking. When they did this design that was a smart decision.
