The more I go to this location the worse it gets. Sadly this is close to my house and rather drive by it to go to a better operating location. Order accuracy is a hit and normally miss. 0 for making sure the condiments are in the bag. Cleanliness of this location from the outside is pretty bad seeing sauces splattered on the building and the parking lot everywhere. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A I didn't like until I started going to this one. I spend no less then $25 when I come and normally way more and still can't get the service I paid for. I've stayed quiet having faith it would get better but now I have ran out of all faith for y'all. Only thing I can guarantee is that I'm going to feel I've wasted my money. Never again guys.
This place provides just what you'd expect from Chick-fil-A. Excellent service, fresh food and slightly higher prices than everywhere else. The kids love it, the wife loves it and I just want to eat something.
I am a lover of Chick-fil-A BUT this is the second time in the past month I have tried to get a frozen lemonade and the ice cream machine was broken. I had to check to make sure I pulled in Chick-fil-A and not McDonalds. ???♀️ Come on guys… y’all can do better!!! PLEASE FIX IT! But I gave this an extra star because the young man who took my order was super kind and apologetic.
This “8 piece nugget” meal seems like a joke :(My box of nuggets included 1 normal sized nugget and each small nugget piece counted as one nugget I guess hahaVery sad to open the box and see this. I ordered online and the food was ready really fast but I don’t think I will be returning to this location just based off this alone.
Shirley was GREAT!! I was alone with my toddler and 11 month old and she checked on me several times, got a high chair for me & a to go back for our leftovers! She told me to ask her for help anytime I come in. With a smile & great attitude, there’s not much of that now a days - especially in fast food. Always great service at Raeford Rd CFA - thanks again Shirley you rock ?
This was my first time going to chick-fil-a. I started by greeting the employee and informing him that this was my first time. The employee (Conner) proceeded to say "what can I do for you"? I am thinking, " gee there is no menu... Do I order a #7 and hope it's something I eat"? Conner didn't offer suggestions or even hint to a menu item. My son ordered... I had my phone in hand as I was pulling my card out. Conner asks " do you need to add money to your card", if so I can send you to the window. ? ? ?....What in the HOT HAM AND CHEESE is going on at this SO CALLED FANCY CHICK'IN EXPERIENCE. I will tell you....the way I was treated was worst than the idea that the company misspells chicken. I was totally at a loss for words. All the hype about customer service at this place, I didn't see an example of stellar customer service or even decent for that matter.
The drive thru used to be exceptional. Now their like everyone else . They used to tell you what car to follow behind, now it's everyman for himself like the other drive thru's. Very disappointing.

I ordered Chick-fil-A doordash at least twice a week for my kids but the last few times. Wrong order drink size. No sauce for 30 nuggets ?? Smh dissapointed in the service I've got recently
Always a great place to get a quick meal and be treated nicely by their employees. The food is always hot, I love their waffle fries...not too salty nor greasy. And the employees...I just enjoy hearing, "My pleasure" ....so pleasing and kind!!! The employees are always patient and considerate...they make sure that you get treated well. I love how one young man who works here helped walked an elderly patron to their car...now if that's a good deed he wasn't trained to do..then by golly Chick-fil-A sure jave good people working for them. Did I mentioned my food was great too? Definitely a place to keep going back to. Other fast food franchises shoukd take note...just saying.
