This was my first time eating at this location. We were greeted warmly by the hostess and we were seated quickly. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the in wall aquarium is absolutely beautiful. We love the ceiling fan as well.Once, we were seated, we received the amazing honey butter croissants before our server could even say "Hello". That was the best.Chloe was our server and she was extremely pleasant, nice and very efficient. We ordered the smokehouse burger with fries and the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, green beans and sweet tea.The food came out hot and fresh. The green beans were seasoned well and the chicken fried steak was cut it with a fork tender. I will say, I did have to get extra gravy to have enough to go with the mashed potatoes and steak. We ordered food to go as well and it is nicely packaged.I would recommend coming here. We came in mid-afternoon on a Thursday so, I know that can change on the evenings and weekends. It could be a longer wait time however, we were seated and served right away. We will be back to try some other dishes.

Sat at the bar, because there was a 30 minutes waiting time for dinning room. Food was very good, freshly made and service was fast.Melissa, behind the bar was super engaging, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, she made a couple suggestions and they were great! Plus her cocktails were on point and crafted perfectly!I've been at 3 different Cheddar's locations and this one is by far the best, good job!

Our experience was very good. The Assistant Manager Maria was very good server. Plus, her customer service was impeccable with her customer friendly attitude. We will visit again.

This place is over rated.... Went back in 2012, had a horrible experience and today went for a work holiday party. We had a party of 8 and the service was sufficient. The food did come out pretty fast. I got the salmon Caesar pasta salad. The dressing was too tangy and the salmon didn't have flavor. Tasted like I was just eating lettuce. Someone had the lemon pepper chicken and it was visible super dry. Someone ordered steak and it was rare instead of medium rare. The broccoli casserole was pretty decent. The croissants were pretty good though. Probably will not return. They should work on the quality of food.

We got takeout from cheddars and I got the fried chicken meal. It was tasty and on-time for pickup. The service as quick and excellent. I did not have to wait long for the food. You should order from the website for the best times.

We ordered our meal online for curbside pickup. We were able to pay for our meals and tip online too.The portions were hot, huge, and delicious. We both had leftovers and my husband has a big appetite. I ordered blackened salmon, broccoli cheddar casserole, and green beans. Both meals came with a fresh buttered croissant. I highly recommend Cheddar's in Fayetteville.

The wait time to be seated was 30 minutes(cool). Wait time for our food took from seated at 6:23 to 7:15 after I called the manager on the phone. I realize it was Sunday evening and not croweded. When the food did come out, it was apparent it had been sitting for a while (ordered Ceasars salad(no Ceasars lettuce . Had to opp for iceberg lettuce instead and was charged for ceasar)shrimp Alfredo dried out and rib dinner). Food was not hot. I was very unpleased. The manager "Maria" was apologetic. I like Cheddars and sad I have to do this review. Advice, let's get hot food out to customers in a serving time without fault. Normally I tip $10. This time for the second time in My life I decided not to leave a tip. I asked the server did he forget us, he sound like he said we are doing long tickets.... whatever that means(I'm guessing it's online customers, and pick ups are more important) than customers inside restaurant. Never looking for free meals or discounts, she did offer to make the food over, I respectfully declined saying it might take another hour. Got a to go box paid $50'ish dollars. It will be a while til I return again, if I return at all.. Big ups to the bartender on that pain killer drink.

Ate there today. Not happy with food service or food. The steak was too spicy. It was covered in spices and cooked to a crisp. My grandsons ribs looked like they were cooked a day ago. Service not good as well as you had to ask for everything and only got part of it. Even thou management discounted our food I felt like we should inot paid anything for it as we left the food on the table .

So my husband and I were looking for somewhere to go for date night. I looked up several restaurants and decided to go here after seeing the delicious menu. Needless to say they did not disappoint! The food was great, the drinks were strong and tasteful. The only downfall was the hour wait but we decided to sit at the bar for the evening and avoid the wait. The service was equally as awesome. This made the hour drive there worth it! Yes we drove all the way from Raleigh to check out this restaurant. We will be back...with reservations, LOL.

The wait time for your food is LONG. I realize it was Saturday night but half the tables aren't even used and it took 50 minutes from the time we were seated. When the food did come out, it was apparent it had been sitting for a minute. Food was OK but overall, wasn't overly impressed.
