Really not the experience we expected.. he was nice/welcoming & the tea/lemonade were the best part of the visit.. they had a baby in the back that kept their attention. EVERY drink refill we got WE had to get up or ask for it!!! The wings needed work, they weren't Buffalo and the Garlic Parm was only sprinkled on top. The Alfredo i know was frozen and heated up, it was awful with no taste, needed to add a bunch of salt. I ended up asking for more sauce & the sauce he made was delicious definitely wasn't the sauce originally served with the Alfredo. We just won't be back!!!A baby in a restaurant is VERY unprofessional and unsanitary, the baby was tended by multiple ppl that entered the kitchen, he should've been in ONE designated area!!! Hands weren't being washed!!! Guy came out the bathroom from cleaning with a glove on his hand and entered the kitchen to help you out with the same glove!!! Some folks don't have standards on food but i will speak my mind on our experience. The ranch tasted funny as well!! In the picture you can clearly see it SPRINKLED on the top, there was no wetness to those wings!!!! That extra sauce was made by hand and watery!!! I have the right to speak on our experience!!! The world is short staff but I've still received good service at other places!! I've tasted better FROZEN Alfredo than what i was served at your restaurant!!! Look at the pics you'll see we didn't eat all the food!!! I see the reviews and i see a number of complaints, go take a look and respond to them!!! Don't be so offended love, you are VERY unprofessional with your reply as well!!! We sacrificed paying $25 EACH for our meal!! We drove 3hrs to attend an event and picked y'all place of business to eat, we sat in the car for a min questioning if we should come in or not because it was dead inside.. we should've went with our gut & went elsewhere! Goodnight sir, do better!!!Even some of the take out customers were getting frustrated... anyway no need in getting all defensive just DO BETTER & add FLAVOR to your food sir. Good luck to your business but you're HIGHLY unprofessional AND HIGHLY unrecommended! I'm glad the other Italian restaurants aren't bad like you all ??❤️❤️
Food had absolutely no flavor! Had to add a ton of salt to even get a few bites down but still couldn’t finish the plate. The wings were flavorless and tough. The garlic parm had parmesan cheese sprinkled on the top and they could have cooked a lil longer. The ranch tasted like it was a cheap off brand or sat out too long. Staffed walked by and saw our empty cups and didn’t offer refills, we had to go to the front to ask for a refill. It was unsanitary to see a lady holding a toddler where the food was being prepared. I packed most of my food up to take home to add more seasoning and recook.
We have been working in Fayetteville for 6 months. We stay in air b&bs or we camp out at Raven Rock in Lillington. We stopped in at Capri's Italian Restaurant and ordered a couple pizzas. The staff was very friendly and inviting. They had their children there. The second time we came, the same customers were there again.. The food was amazing and the prices were right. Thank you so much for your hospitality. If you haven't been yet, you need to check this place out!!
This is a new family owned restaurant and has never failed to satisfy us! If you want authentic Italian food this is the first place that you want to visit. They have a full Italian menu along with appetizers, but if you are just seeking out pizza, they have many varieties The staff is always friendly and appreciative to meet a new customer.
Went here for dinner on a weeknight. The restaurant could use some upgrades and a good cleaning. Service was fast, friendly and accurate. The food we got was good. The fried ravioli was very good. The pizza was good but nothing that made it great. The lasagna was just ok.
Possibly the best pizza in town...Capri is an awesome restaurant with a new owner that aims to please his customers. Pasquale, the owner is a very friendly guy. He explained to me this location is familiar for pizzerias but Capri has much more on the menu!This was my first time here under the new ownership. As we have 7 people to feed, I ordered two 17' pizzas... one veggie and one supreme. Not only are the slices huge, this is some of the best pizza in Fayetteville. This is a new favorite and will be a regular on our list.
My NY born Italian husband has been dying for a decent pizza since his favorite Fayetteville pizza joint closed several years ago. He finally found what he’s been looking for at Capri.
Delicious Dough and a show!After just returning from an Italian vacation, I can fully verify that Capri is the real deal! The savory sauce, the perfect mozzarella cheese, the crispy crust. This pizza is a taste of Napoli and takes me right back to Italy.The owners are from Naples and know their way around every Italian dish with ease. We also enjoyed the Eggplant Parmesan and the Lasagna, and both were on par with authentic Italian cuisine!If you're in the mood for authentic Italian, look no further than Capri! You won't be disappointed!!!
Treats Us Just Like Family.The food is AMAZING and the owner treats us just like family every time we come in! I had the eggplant parmigiana- soooo good. The owner is originally from Italy and makes the pizza dough every morning fresh. You can tell he has a passion for cooking.
This place was super busy and we still got delicious food served to us very quickly. The owner is also very personable and very nice. 10/10 will go again.
