I ordered Chicken(white meat)& bbq plate with slaw & yams. I got a breast, leg, collards, & yams. Go back to the restaurant to the drive thru. The girl looks at me turns her head walks away. She comes back to the window & act like she's taking an order. Nobody in line but me. I told her my order was wrong & what I ordered. This time I get White meat chicken, collards, yams. I told her I didn't want collards I wanted slaw. So I look under the chicken no bbq. DO BETTER!
I'm going to have to give you guys a three out of five food is pretty okay just that you can't give a black man no chicken and great fries without any hush puppies everyday meal should come with hush puppies I was mad as hell that was the first time my entire life I ever had to get home and eat a meal without bread LOL
Me and my partner ordered the catfish plate and when we got our food they gave us warm up old whitting fish and I don't know what's this on my bread my boyfriend paid 13 for a burnt up old fish sandwich 1 hotdogs and a sweet tea.. not to mention the cashier thru the drive thru was not customer friendly.If this company doesn't get it together they need to be shut down
Called to place an order because I was in route to get food…the lady stated they do not take orders over the phone I will need to come….I preceded in asking when they close she stated 8 clock I was like cool I will be there in just a min…got here exactly at 8 everything was shut down and I watch them turn out lights as I sit there they acted as if I wasn’t even sitting there…I then questioned a restaurant closing exactly at 8 someone who called ahead of time….I know food is being thrown out….I came way across town after a long day of work ready to purchase food for me and my family but no service it sucked!
The food was good, but they don't know the difference between white meat and dark meat chicken. Paid for white meat an got the dark. Too far for me to go back. Double check your orders! I'll be taking my own advise!
Their chicken is the best.For sides i had mac and cheese and coleslaw , food is great and employees are wonderful
We ordered a BBQ sandwich meal, chicken sandwich, 2 large fries and mac n cheese. The only good part f the meal was the mac n cheese. Spent $20.05. My BBQ sandwich was nasty. It had coleslaw on it, meat was grey and taste vinegary. Fries were ice cold. There was a bone in chicken breast in the chicken sandwich with coleslaw. My husband said the chicken was pink. Will never go back
Ordered a Chicken/Barbecue combo platter. They had the Brunswick stew in a tiny cup no bigger than a Sam's Club taste testing cup. One bite. Not pleased.
Excellent food. We had fried chicken plates with different sides for each of us, greens, sweet potatoes, beans, hush puppies, etc, all excellent. Visited 10/05/21
Slow have to wait in line over 20 mins. And what little food they did give it want to good. And way over price .
