First time in a bojangles and I have to say, I'm very impressed. Chicken was hot, crunchy and very juicy. Good mash potatoes and gravy, cool creamy Coleslaw and the fries were great. Biscuits was crunchy but soft like a cloud in the inside and the tenders were good too.Only thing negative I have to say is that the mac & cheese was not all that.
3/30/22 the front counter cashier I can’t remember her name it started with and S i want to say it was Shantivia or something close to it. I want to thank her Again for her outstanding customer service. I wash having trouble with my card and Shantivia was generous enough to buy my meal for me. The food was fresh and tasty! Love this location it’s always my goto.
Got chicken sandwich. Was not as good as one I got before. Chicken was cold and old. Will still go back. Love Bojangles food. One bad sandwich won't keep me away
Always had good service food was always nice and the staff was always friendly and professional makes you want to come back..
We ordered 2 breakfast combos (1 sauasage/egg combo and 1 egg and cheese biscuit combo) with drinks. We asked the lady to repeat our order before we pulled up to the first window because there was some confusion. She repeated it correctly. Once we got to the window she repeated our order again correctly before we paid. She ended up ringing us up for 2 separate orders which we didnt ask for but it was fine. They handed us a bag with two biscuits, one side, and one drink. We told her that isn't what we ordered and asked for our receipt. She said it was in the bag. We took everything out of the bag and there was no receipt. Mind you, she was holding at least 3 receipts in her hand. Instead of looking for our receipt she just raised her voice, rolled her eyes and closed the window to talk to her manager. Instead of the manager coming over to see what the issue was, they were trying to charge us again. We will just go to another location from now on. I only gave two stars because the part of our order we did receive tasted well.
We don't have Bojangles in Milwaukee so when I come home, this is definitely a stop I make. 2 Bo Berry Biscuits and a 3 piece chicken dinner with Cajun rice. Always great and flavorful. Being down South its always Southern hospitality, not rude and ghetto like up north??
This place needs some management training. I tried to order breast and drumsticks at dinner time and was told they would take 15 min to cook. After waiting 20 min for food, I went back and asked if my order was ready and was told another 3 min. I declined pulling forward again since it had already been so long. The employee proceeded to fuss at me. When the manager refunded my money, there was no apology given for their incompetence. This isn't the first time they've done this. Won't be back again.
Love me some Bojangles breakfast they have the best biscuits and gravy and really good coffee have never ate your chicken I hear it's good I'm kind of Chick-fil-A girl

horrible customer service, lady was just laughing and not listening to me make my order. this experience was horrendous and please do not come eat here. waste of money and time and obviously these people don’t take their job serious and think it’s all fun and games.
