My first time to go to a Bojangles. Pretty good fried chicken - I would go back without hesitation.
Sat at the Drive-thru speaker for 3 minutes before we had to ask for service. Did not get the extra bacon on what appeared to be yesterday's biscuits. Don't ask for half sweet/ unsweetened tea. It clearly doesn't exist.This was the slowest customer service having not received what we waited so long for.
This is the only place that is still doing exact change why? I don’t understand. Are the workers here not going to the bank it’s such an inconvenience they never have the decency to make a sign so when you get up to the window I was practically yelled at by the worker asking do I have exact change no I don’t even know what my total was going to be but seeing how this place wants to test and treat people this way, can only give 1 star and not coming back. Do better Bonjangles!!
Sometimes its hit or miss here. Check your order for items before leaving or you might have to make a trip back. Staff usually nice.
The lady at the drive thru was very nice but the chicken sandwich was old and the fries were a little mushy, was really looking forward to trying there crispy chicken sandwich, probably would have been great if not being old.
The chicken keeps getting smaller and smaller..the price goes up no meat just dry and hard breading..
Food was good. Dining room was open. We came at rush hour but still got through line quickly.

Very busy drive-thru in morning for breakfast- so great job on their organizational skills - however orders do go wrong sometimes- but after waiting in drive thru & pulling up to wait and then getting wrong orders & have to go inside - to be left standing for over 5 minutes to correct YOUR mistake - is completely rude - I’ve already ordered & paid & STILL had to come inside and wait for at least 5 minutes for you to just give me my 2 order of bo-rounds? No apology no nothing - “here you go” after 5 minutes?! Well thx now my food is cold- little better customer service would’ve been appreciated
If I could give a negative star I would! I went through the drive thru and was charged three times for an eight dollar meal. I went there three times without any help from the manager. The last time I went, I waited for a while for help and the manager ignored me. Avoid this Bojangles, they are sooooo unprofessional! I had to call my bank to handle this fraudulent transaction!
