Now I understand why you close the lobby to the public at 8 PM. The chicken tenders we received were only 2 to 3" long each. We ordered large fries however the large fried container wasn't even halfway full. By not giving the customer what he ordered you are stealing from the customer. I have been to other Bojangles and this Bojangles is a disgrace.
Went through drive through ordered 2 steak biscuits. Told would 6 mins no problem. Paid for my order and pulled up. After 10 mins or more and only about 3 cars came through drive thru while I was waiting. Went inside no customers and about 6 employees. They asked could the help me. I told them I was waiting on my steak biscuits, it was hot outside. They hadn't even cooked them or they gave them to someone else. Then they only cooked one. They asked did I want to wait. I just got my money back. Its Sunday so I will call corporate tomorrow.
We went through drive thru. Even though there was only 1 car before us the wait time to be waited on was extremely long. First car waited 10 minutes to be served then was gone. We waited that 10 plus and additional 15 to just get order taken. Server was very kind, apologetic, and friendly with a beautiful southern accent. Our order got messed up and we were over charged so we had to park and go inside. At that time we noticed only 2 employees working there hearts out. Note: Server did continue to be respectful and brought rest of food to car.. Food was delicious if eaten while warm. Biscuits got hard as rocks and chicken did not taste same after they got cold. The workers get 5 stars for their warm can do attitudes, team work, and problem solving abilities. Restaurant gets 3 stars because I couldn't eat my left over chicken cold. Bummer.
Had to wait while employee had FaceTime with another employees parents since she wasn't at work at the time. Then the cashier couldn't operate the register and had to wait longer for management to come. She struggled with the system as well. This location clearly needs more training.

I ordered egg and cheese biscuit combo with season fries. They did not have me mayonnaise which I asked for. Secondly they did not even put a straw in the packet or nothing and I had to find a straw. Fries were plain with no seasoning or even salt on it, was cold like they made it an hour ago.The egg and cheese sandwich itself was cold too.I work nearby that’s why I go to this restaurant frequently- almost 2-3 times a week. They have this poor service problem since last 4-5 months and it seems like the management don’t even care.
Waited almost 30 minutes as the workers served drive through and totally ignored all guests in the building. When someone came to the register they acted like they didn't know I was standing there. Was then told they only had fried chicken. Nothing else, no salads no grilled chicken, no gravy for biscuits.. they pretty much said they only had supreme chicken. I walked out and so did the three others behind me. Worst experience I've ever had in any fast food restaurant.
Yeah , so. This is everything but the restaurant you want to go to. 30 minute wait for a 4 pieces meal. If you on the go and need to pick up food for the family. You better off driving down the road and ordering else where. Very uncool
This location is well staffed but not knowledgeable about what's on the menu or being advertised. I asked what the specials were , only to be told they did not have any. I asked about the special they had on the sign, windows, and the drive-thru menu. She said we don't have any specials. I order and pull up to the window. The total is higher than what's at the menu. I question the price, and the manager tells me she has to go look at the menu board. No apology for the inconvenience; just this is the price. I'm noticing that customer service has left the building for most fast food restaurants.
I ordered a four-piece supreme at the drive-thru because the dine-in was closed. The lady who took my money was not very friendly. Also I only got three chicken supremes even though I ordered and paid for four. As you can see from the picture of my dirty rice that was supposed to be picnic sized I only got 3/4 a cup of dirty rice. I also had to ask for a receipt because no one provided one for me. The food was also not hot. It was room temperature.
