Biscuits where a little dry but overall very good!!
My counter wait to order was a bit appalling. Some long hair mixed blonde red girl employre sees me looking at me straight into my face with out even a smile to acknowledge me even as I spoke twice... A big guy comes over to the counter they talk then embraced each other into a passionate kiss for a while... I wait as about 6 others moving around from the back pops out a man. I placed my order and just chalked up this is a time of just straight up bad service on a record level of who gives a sh.. Once on the floor MS. Sherri stepped over and greeted me with a very nice smile and offer to assist me. This is a person Sherri this entire staff could take lessons from as far as great customer service. Thank you Sherri for making my visit better.
Really enjoy Biscuitville, we come here each time we visit Fayetteville. Love the hot honey chicken biscuit. Family loved the strawberry muffins!
Was charged for 2 eggs when I didn't order egg on my biscuit. Yes the egg was removed from the biscuit but they didn't take it off the price!!!N the girl at the Drive-thru was rude...
If I was able to rate this store with 0 star's, I would. Service was horrible! My Pancake Platter, pictures below, was a mess. The best way I could describe them looks as if someone bit them and put them in the box. When I took them back to the store, the manager had a grin on her face the whole time I chatted with her and could only say that no one bite them, duh it was a metaphor. Then said, " So what do u want me to do, give you some more pancakes"? Sure, I'll wait for them while the rest of my food is cold. She then went to re-cook the meal and it came back with barely any eggs. I'm so disappointed but they will never get any of my business again and I work on Fort Bragg, I will alert my friends and co-worker's as well. I heard such great things about this place! Guess I ordered the wrong breakfast meal. The eggs were disgusting and made me sick, tasted microwave made!! I guess stick to the biscuits!!
I stopped by around 12ish, drive thru and the line moved pretty fast. My order was correct and it was hot. No complaints at all. It was great.
I have been to this Biscuitville location on several occasions. The food is Great as well as the customer service. I was lucky enough to have Entrell as my cashier/server on the majority of my visits. Each and every time he has shown me impeccable customer service and does so with a beautiful smile. He is an exemplary person and a delight. He is the standard of what customer service should be.
If you love yourself, go across the street to Vicky's. It's overpriced for what it is and the order was screwed up six ways to Sunday. The only saving grace was the cinnamon roll. It's essentially croissant dough so it's flaky and I can taste vanilla extract in the icing. I'll eat the biscuits from Burger King (which taste and look like dog treats) before I give this place anymore money.
