Was not helpful, entirely to crowded and did not have even simple flavors
None of the customers wore mask and Only one employee was wearing a mask. My spouse and I was the only customers with face covering. Lack of social distance and crowded space.. The server was polite but another without a face covering came up and stood over my uncovered icecream. I had to ask her to not stand over my food. She never apologized. IT IS COVID CITY IN THERE.
Good customer service. Coming from New York ya made my daughters and my Pitt bull feel at home my uncle and son thought it was the greatest ice cream lol keep up the good work and make sure to treat the gals with respect that work here they trying but getting it going.
Came here almost every Tuesday for family night for a few years precious memories I will forever hold. The service is always great the ice cream is always good! Keep on rocking Baskin-Robbins!
Haven't had a banana split in a little while so I decided to come to Baskin Robbins to grab one. Little did I know you have to take out a personal loan to pay for one! 7.33 after taxes is ridiculous. A banana split shouldn't cost more than 5 dollars. 3 stars is deserved since it is made very well.Edit: 2 stars since they do military discount and it was not offered to me after paying already for something already expensive.
They don’t have flavors and an hr and 20 minutes before close and their blenders are down and they cant make milkshakes. Some lazy mf’s. I have never in my life seen a blender “go down” and they all are down? Im sure this location wont be open much longer with these performances.
Quality has gone down tremendously. Melted ice cream is served to customers without a single care by staff . After my last two trips I will not be going back any time soon. Use to be my favorite spot for ice cream . ?
This was my favorite spot for ice cream but from the service received 10/2/21 I won't go back. Walked in no greeting no nothing it was 2 girls there working on drive thru orders only never once said we'll be right with you. We waited 10 mins still nothing 4 more customers came in some had kids still not one spoke one word. Another co worker arrived he clocked in went missing 5 mins now we're at 20 mins, he comes up and was very pleasant took our order and cashed us out. He was the only one greetings guest. Keep him give him a raise but you need to fire those other 2 girls. .
