Terrible customers service !! I asked for a simple smoothie but they claim that they couldn’t make the smoothie. Don’t recommend this baskin Robins !!!!!
It's good place to go and staff seems to be very helpful and concerned about their customers. A very good for a business.
I ordered a specialty ice cream for my grand children and we got half a scoop in one cup with about 6 sprinkles and almost a full scoop in the second with maybe 4 sprinkles. The picture shows it covered in sprinkles. My cappuccino coffee was horrible ?. Won't go back.

My family got the waffle cones and they were horrible. Ice cream was good but the cones were hard and rubbery.

I'm only giving one star thanks to Kalicko saving the day. My little girl wanted to use her birthday coupon and no one offered to help us and we waited and waited, despite there being 4+ people working. (We were also the only ones in line and the drive-thru wasn't busy.) Kalicko realized what was going on, helped us and even went the extra mile to make her a sprinkle cone since they literally had no cones of any kind. I would have walked out but she had her heart set on it - thank you Kalicko for making her day special!
They were out of everything we tried to order...no bananas, no brownies, no mint chocolate chip ice cream, etc...
NEVER has waffle cones or bananas. We go up there specifically for banana splits and waffle cones. Went through the drive thru at 7pm when they close at 10pm and they say they're sold out, why cant you make anymore? You have 3 hours left until closing.
I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes even though there were only 3 vehicles ahead only to get to the window when I was finally told that they didn’t have what I ordered. This could’ve been solved when I was initially ordering, and I would not have been upset. I will not be returning to waste time or money.
