This place has great delivery service. Ordering is easy and always correct. I love the food and it's reasonably priced.
So this post has nothing to do with the quality of food. They left this menu on my door 3 days ago with prices etc. NONE OF THE PRICES ARE VALID. Then they offer 10% off if you dine in or pick up which they also do not accept anymore. This is horrible business etiquette. You as a business should honor what you originally offer (on paper). I will not be trying this place. Then the crazy thing is the manager said they'll honor the 10% but when he gave me the price it was more then originally stated by the person who took my order first. RIP OFF!!
As much money as you charge you'd think things like this wouldn't happen. The food is very tasty and delivery is quick but I would prefer better quality or less greasy items. Anything fried appears to soak up quite a bit of excess grease. The picture shows 3 pieces of fat pulled from 2 combination trays of boneless spare ribs, 2 smaller pieces from 1 tray and the long piece from the other. they made up almost half of what should have been the meat in the trays.
Went in this evening to grab some food for my family and I. The girl up front was kind of rude and a little off. Although She complimented my cherry blossom tattoo, which is fine I get it a lot but she also needed to ask why I was ordering so much rice? I have a wife and 2 small children, you shouldn’t try to flirt with customers or be rude about the food They order.. I was trying to be courteous and ignore the lack of professionalism she had. I’m never coming back to this establishment again. Food was tasteless anyways as well trying to order was awkward.
I would give this place negative stars if I could. Absolutely horrible and tasteless food. The beef and broccoli was drowning in copious amounts of grease. The shrimp “fried rice” didn’t even look like fried rice. It was like a tasteless Spanish rice. I’m pretty sure the lo mein noodles were just pasta noodles. I wish I looked up the reviews here and on Yelp before ordering this. Super frustrated and disappointed I tried to feed my family this.
We have been ordering from here for as long as I can remember and they always deliver and it's always nice and hot I don't have any complaints and I don't know where all the other complaints are coming from I have never had a bad experience

This was my first and last time ordering from here. They listed Pad Thai on their menu. This was absolutely the worst Pad Thai I have ever had. I ordered a chicken Pad Thai for myself and a shrimp Pad Thai for someone else.The plus is they packed the containers full. However, both were not edible. They were a weird orange color and moderately spiced with no flavor profile in either of them. I tried to salvage both of them and doctor them up, but there was no point in trying that as they were so bad.The rice noodles appear to have been leftover from a previous dish and chopped up. The peanuts were just thrown in whole. The egg was mushy. The chicken was cooked, but had no flavor at all and was bland. There was no bean sprouts or scallion, no fish sauce, no flavoring of any kind. This entire dish was thrown together in abundance.We threw it out and ended up ordering from Prik Thai where we should have ordered from in the first place. Don't do Pad Thai such a disservice. If you're not going to do it right, don't do it at all..
Rolled in to pick up order for a Soldier. Me being a Veteran and wanting to take care of my Uber customers, I grabbed extra silverware and chopsticks. I was greeted with a very rude disrespectful response from the lady at the counter of "they only ordered one thing why would you need all that." Which btw the order was enough for at least a couple people, I grabbed 4 forks, 4 spoons and equal Chops. I said " I always grab extras for my customer" and continued walking. She came back with "of course, you don't pay for it". No, you're right I don't YOUR CUSTOMER DID and I will make sure they have what they need. She needs to be fired, this attitude and demeanor is unprofessional and uncalled for. There was NO NEED for the disrespect. She acted as if it was absurd that we took silverware. Customer needed a way to eat.
Overall pretty tasteless food. I ordered the “Happy Family” and the wonton soup. Literally flavorless.Oh well.
