Love Applebee's. Great food. Fantastic drinks. Waitress was great. I use a cane to walk and it's extremely painful and the guy at the front door led me all over the restaurant to the back door by the kitchen I told him enough I can't walk anymore. About a half an hour later another older lady with a cane was walking by me as the same guy took her all the way to the back and she told him the same thing I did. The sky was a big heavy set guy with blonde hair he should have known better no empathy for the elderly because he did it again after I had told him it was too hard for me didn't he see I had a cane.
THE worst dining experience I’ve ever had to endure. Came in with 6 people and they pushed tables together up against a wall, making us face the wall lined up beside each other instead of being able to sit across from each other. Our server was short with us and gave us the bare minimum attention possible. If I’d not come with a group, I would’ve left immediately. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would.
Serious lack in management. Food is cold, watched the waitresses and hostess walk around a dead roach on the carpet for over 45 minutes. There were 3 tables of 2 and 3 individuals at the bar and still it took forever for lunch. Don't waste your money
What I ordered, and what I got, sloppy ,4 shrimp on my chicken. N ot even half a scoop of ice cream.. disappointed once again APPLEBEE'S. $50 ORDER AND WASTE OF TIME
Me and my wife went to your restaurant and we had a bad experience first we ordered drink my wife order a strawberry Mango Margarita it was to sweet and she couldn't taste the strawberry then when we ordered our Appetizer and our entree we got our Entree before we received our appetizer my wife riblets was cold. Our waitress hardly came by to check on us. The service was slow
Steak could be better standard restaurant sort of meat, salmon is good, shrimp is excellent, chicken is decent. Great location for a quite night out. Staff are highly attentive.
I have to say they were very efficient in quality .my friends steak wasn't the it was suppose to be .the manger had her a whole new plate made .it was just right .no extra charge
Worst customer service ever. I’ve ordered carside to go twice from this location. The first time I sat in my car for 20 minutes with nobody coming out to greet me or anything. Went inside and all of the workers were on their phone not even asking if I needed help. Had to ask for a refund because the service was so bad. The second time, the same thing. Had to call and let them know I was outside waiting and again took about 25 minutes after the expected time to be ready. Workers just walking past my vehicle on their phones. Just awful service. Do not come here.
I am giving four stars to the server Tianna! She deserves five stars because she was outstanding. Very Pleasant! Excellent Service And the food was hot and delicious! However,upon arrival I let the hostess know my party of 2 (1 Adult, 1 Child) wanted to sit at a High top table. She asked the bartender if it would be ok to seat us at the high table near the bar and his response was, "They Better Be Drinking!" After getting asked by the hostess were we eating or drinking or both I asked to be seated in any section. Very inappropriate, and unprofessional comment to make to any customer.
Craving a fresh handmade burger and fries. Decided to try Applebee's..my first time/visit. Ordered the Classic with fries.Yummy, everything was made as requested to include extra crispy fries.Server Tanika S was very pleasant and wait time was very short. Definitely will visit again. Thanks Guys!!
