June 23,2022My early morning experience, ordering a Bacon Egg & cheese biscuit before heading to work at 7:30 amFirst I ask about the New Breakfast sandwich on a poster board at the order station…. I was abruptly told that’s a lunch menu… so I order my biscuit, head to pay for it, my change gets abruptly given to me almost loosing the small change because of the 3 “ fingernails on this fully pregnant woman with a lot of attitude, I take my change, get given my order and I placed it on my passenger seat and proceed to put my change in my wallet!!! I get shouted at by this attendant saying…. “ DO YOU HAVE ALL U NEED” I say “YES” she then says “ WELL MOVE/ DRIVE FORWARD AND PUT YOUR CHANGE IN YOUR WALLET THERE BECAUSE WE ARE ON A TIMMER HERE” I said I won’t be a few seconds… there is no one behind me!! ( not one car in site, not even a parked car) she says “I DONT CARE, MOVE ALONG!!!” AND DONT COME BACK HERE YOU MORHER FUCKER”This woman needs to LOOSE HER JOB 100%THAT IS UNEXCEPTIONABLE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF MEMBER….this is what we all have to put up with in Elizabeth City at that time of the morning before heading to work. BAD MANAGEMENT BY FAR, and WHOEVER INTERVIEWS THESE KINDS OF PEOPLE NEED TO BE FIRED AS WELL!! I AM DISGUSTED!!
My experience at this Wendys was awesome. Often times we don't go to fast food joints due to the poor experience. Here at the drive threw they were professional and friendly and at the window it was fast. The food was super hot and all the orders where correct! I even like how they bag each meal individually and all bags had a straw and napkins. Great job to this Wendys and their team!
Absolutely awful … food was cold and they never gave us the Nuggets or the cookies we ordered

They allowed a homeless person outside of there window to ask for money. When I asked for him to leave, ALL of the workers said it was okay. The worst experience at a Wendy's I've ever had. I'll keep you updated when I get home and examine the food.UPDATE. GAVE ME FOUR MEALS WHEN I ASKED FOR TWO.THE FOOD WAA NOT COOKED ALL OF THE WAY AND OUR FRIES CAME WITH 5 PER BAGDO NOT COME HERE. GO TO THE NORTH ROAD ST. LOCATION.
The people were rude and asked me why I was checking my food in the drive thru and then proceeded to say it was her drive through and not to yell even though I did not say a word except that I was just checking to make sure I had all my food. They are rude, the food is nasty and old, 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
Food was good, food was hot and fresh, service was good and fast
Stood in drive through for over 20 mins for the to tell me at 11:40 they are closed. Not 12
Service was good. Parking lot was a hot mess. Needs repaving.
