Order was correct but nobody was in the drive-thru before me or after me and they rushed me through. Informing me, after thirty seconds of considering my order, that "we have a time limit on our drive-thru sir." Never heard of that before.
The food was properly labeled so we had to open everything and it was not hot not even warm. The crunchy taco we bought tasted like it was cooked in old, burnt grease. It could not be eaten. They were not busy at the time either. There was no one in the drive thru or in the restaurant.
My parents had ordered online with the Taco Bell app. This Taco Bell had taken money from their account. They were going to pick up their food when the person on the speaker had told them that whatever-it-was wasn't working. They wouldn't MAKE THE FOOD because of the app TAKING MONEY OUT OF THEIR ACCOUNT!Not to mention, they screwed up our order MANY times!Don't go to this one. Go to the one on Ehringhaus. They have a less likelihood of messing up YOUR order.
Waited 15 minutes for simple menu items that Taco Bell is known for. Upon receiving incomplete order, food looked like they spent 15 seconds on it’s preparation. Taco Bell wants to move up to the ECity big leagues and come to this side of town… they better pick it up or continue to lose more customers. Can’t blame COVID if its a pride in performance issue.
I'm giving this place 2 stars and thats being generous. Just about every single time I come here I'm given the wrong order or I'm missing somthing from my order and then given the WRONG THING! I just ordered about $30 worth of food. I had to sit out front for 10+ minutes waiting on it. I ordered a cheese quesadilla that looks to be like a crunch wrap supreme instead. So now my kid won't eat it. I ordered 2 nacho fries which weren't given to me and when I said I didn't get my two orders I was only given ONE. I'm missing a whole burrito. And my cravings box didn't even come in a box it was thrown in the bag and my doritos loco taco was smashed up from it. I'm extremely disappointed that this happens every single time I come to this specific taco bell. They need to tighten up or get someone in there who knows what they're doing.

Slow, rude service. Been to this location 3 times since its been open. Order has never been correct. Missing items, wrong items, cold food. After waiting over 30 minutes for "fast food", you'd expect the order to be at least correct and complete. Will try one more time and change rating if service improves but highly doubt it will.
This night shift crew tonight is killing it, from the quality of the food to the service hands down one of the best taco bells, I've been to in 30+ states. Solid top 2! My man on the drive thru, and the crew that was making food in the back you guys nailed it.
If you go to the restaurant and get waited on its great but when you make a DoorDash order the stupidity begins. I made an order and was missing 4 items from it. Got a refund but still had friends who had to reorder and got their items a full hour later. Great in person sucks in DoorDash
Absolutely fantastic staff friendly as I don't know what...and probably one of the fastest taco bells I have been to...thank you!! for the personality and the fast service
