This is the worst run Taco Bell hands down. Went twice in one week, the first visit their computer system went down and magically couldn’t take any orders, the second visit their card machines went down and they only accepted cash. Both times was in the evening around 8:30. Avoid at all cost, personally the owner should figure out how much he’s losing in sales because of incompetent management or staff
I only gave one star because I had to. It is ridiculous that they will not take your order anymore, but force people to use a kiosk. They have at least 5 employees standing around. I complied and completed my order the way they wanted. After the order arrived I had a question about my order so walked back to the counter. Everyone just stood there looking at me. They asked me if I had a question and I said yes and continued to wait because no one would approach the counter to talk to me. One lady, who was midway to the back, asked me what I needed but still would not approach the counter. I'm sorry but I am not yelling my question because the employees are too rude to approach the counter to speak to me.Later as I sat there eating I watched an elderly couple come in and they were also told the kiosk was the only option to order. That poor man stood there confused on how to order via kiosk while all of the employees just stood in the back pretending to be busy. No other costumers other than drive through. I think it is a sad state where customer service is no longer a thing. I sure hope Taco Bell is not paying their employees over the minimum wage of $7.25.
Bangers all day, very busy every now and then, sometimes people would risk dying in a car accident rather than go somewhere else to get food, 2nd only to Chik Fil AUpdate: Food still smackin.
Best service no hiccups and of course the food tasted like Taco Bell taste
Ghetto at best and tacos always stuck to wrap but food is good!
Very clean and the staff was very helpful. Last time there we had a issue but was resolved and takin care very promptly.
Didn't get out of ER till after 10 pm. Was a treat Taco Bell was open and cashier was curteous.
Missing items on door dash and never even informed the driver need better management always running out of items but claim to be the best store in Elizabeth City staff stinks and have terrible attitudes SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!
The worker's are unpleasant and I am always disapointed in the service and food.Do not recommend.
I just left this catastrophe, walked out without my dinner. I ordered 3 soft tacos, that’s it, nothing hard. 20 minutes I stood in the restaurant waiting for three soft tacos while the crew waited on and filled orders from the drive through. One other person was inside with me and I think he was homeless, everyone else was in the drive through. 20 minutes and still no food!!!
