Never opened on time today it is now 840 am store supposed to be open at 8 employees standing in store talking and on phones this is the worst subway in Elizabeth city they always open late and close early go to the others

Clean and service great. Love the subs!!!

Fast and friendly service. I try to arrive just before or just after lunch rush and that's worked out great. Awesome sweet tea!

Closed when I got there. Very disappointed.Asked the workers in the gas station adjoining if this was normal and they said the hours posted are not correct and they always close earlier than it indicates.

The woman who fix my sandwich today, had long fingers nails and couldn't do the sandwiches fast or correctly she broke my bread, then she dropped my sandwich, she couldn't even make it herself but had another employee fix her mistake and ran in the back. I'm furious, but I still gave the other employee a tip because he was very helpful and fix her mistakes.

Its the best subway in Elizabeth city!! The guy who made my sandwich ryan was super friendly!!

Friendly staff and great food

All I know is that subway better step up their sandwiches. Paying $8 for a sub with hardly any meat is ridiculous. I will get my subs somewhere else. Plus a 94 health rate. Not good.

I go there to get me something to eat. I speak with the worker and tell him what I want. He makes it at the same time making another customers customers sandwich. The worker then finishes our sandwiches and then.. He tells us that we can only pay cash because they are offline. What? So he made our sandwiches knowing that the online servers where done and then tells the customers their only option is to pay cash? You know how frustrating it is to look at your sandwich be made infront of you, and then he tells you that you cant have it because they are messed up.

Bad Bad Bad. Visited one time and toaster was broken. No problem. Visited again after online order. Card charged said they didnt have the order. Found order then said oh we dont have steak. Really. Asked for a refund waited 20 minutes got the runaround. Finally got a refund. District manager tried to tell me it was void at first. Nope showed bank charge. Nice try in ripping me off because you cant figure out how to refund an online order. While there employees goofing off. Standing around. Playing on phones. Had plenty of time to look around while getting the runaround and noticed a layer of dirt and dust everwhere. If you got time to lean you got time to clean. Filthy place.Horrible 2 times in a row. Go down the street to the other location. Way better. Should of trusted ny instinct off the first bad experience.
