I love ❤ Starbucks. I enjoy the hand-crafted beverages and the yummy good. Just make sure you have the Starbucks app.... and get them rewards.
Very polite and fast employees I come here often and they are very courteous always helping and my kids love saying hi everytime we stop by
This place is good but this time I asked steamed almond milk and got cappuccino instead. I got my money back. Thank you.
Extremely slow, often under supplied (ribbon crunch for frap, didn't have straws last week); today I visited, they had a sign on the door: sorry for the inconvenience we've closed at 5:30pm today.
Normally I would give Starbucks a 5 star rating. Everyone is always very pleasant. My complaint on this last visit was that I ordered a hot white chocolate mocha. I don't know what I received but it tasted horrible and smelled horrible. I ended up pouring it out. Usually they taste great. Not sure what happened on this day.
They were out of alot of flavors and straws...I understand shipping issues are the norm right now, but their manager should be ordering sooner or borrowing from another store..and offer no discounts due to the substitutions.
Overworked Employees. But still managed a smile. Didn't take long to place order on inside. Wait came cause machines on inside half asked worked. Placing stress on already stressed employees. If Starbucks wants to improve scores, I suggest scheduling an employee just to keep maintenence up on its machines.
The drive-thru was busy, so we ordered online since the wait was 5-8 minutes, according to the app. We went inside to wait. The pickup time was for 4:59; we waited until 5:20 before going to the drive-thru to pickup after watching the cars get priority. After a total of 45 minutes from when we order, we finally got our two coffees. Poor service! (Staff was hustling but not spreading the priority)
Stopped in to this Starbucks for my granddaughters . Very nice and inviting store . Staff are all so nice and friendly. They order different types of drinks ( mostly cold coffees) I bought 5 gift cards while their. Drive thru was extremely busy . Inside was moderate to busy . I do recommend this location .
