1st an 80 rating for cleanliness. ? Food tasted old, dry and flavorless. This hurt my feelings so bad because I love me some Popeye's but, the love is gone at least here in Elizabeth City
The absolute worst establishment. Poor service, playing profane music, very slow with little care for customer satisfaction. Garbage throughout the facility. Out of everything constantly. Never once had a good experience.
If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. I have never experienced customer service this rude in my existence. I understand being short staffed that is EVERYWHERE nowadays but no reason to take it out on customers who are patiently waiting. Easily, will never return here.
This is honestly one of the worst locations I have ever been in my life. The first encounter I had, my debit card was stolen and used to purchase food. When I called to ask about the situation the “manager” told me the cashier who processed my card wasn’t in. Not sure what her not being in has to do with anything. My second experience was worst then that. This location does not have a good rep around town and I see why. Worst experience ever.
Bad and slow service only for them to mess up the order anyways. To think if it takes 20 minutes just to get your food it would be correct.
It's okay, we used to LOVE getting the huge boxes of fries but now they've cut back so it's a smaller box other than that food is pretty good... Sweet tea sucks

Poor management. Waited about 15-20 minutes after ordering in the drive. I was told to pull into a parking spot and they will out my order. Time went, so I went I to inquire and the staff has not made my order yet. There is a lack of organization, management and communication amongst the staff.

Excellent customer service making sure every order was done perfectly. The young man with the design cut into his hair was exemplary if I could give ten stars I would!!
