You cannot do any customizations....nothing its all premixed, even for nachos. no liquor license. Wait staff is doing the best they can with what they have. We paid for our teas and left when food was brought, not correct and unappetizing, the fajitas looked good but had no flavor.
AVERAGE.... Wasn't Amazing Wasn't poor... just AVERAGE... I come her primarily because it's less crowded than the other place and it is Decent Food and Service.. nothing to complain about... I can say I like the Salsa Here Much Better Than any of the other Mexican restaurants in town.
The experience that we encountered today was disappointing, if i could give a negative stars i would. Me and my cousins would go here multiple times throughout the month and have good experiences. It was one waitress in particular that NEVER took care of us we wouldn’t leave a tip and even told us she thought we was serious of customers that she didn’t like taking us as customers in her section. THE MANAGER TOLD US THAT WE NEVER GAVE A THEM A TIP WHEN IN FACT WE LEFT TIPS FOR EVERYONE BUT THAT ONE WAITRESS. The manager then told everyone on his staff to add a charge us a gratuity fee for two people… We wait three weeks to return and order a quesadilla but didn’t know that they came with beans inside and when noticed told an employee the manager proceeded to tell us that we are wasting food and that they was not going to remake it.. we asked for the ticket to pay for what we ate he told us that we HAD to pay for everything even the food we did not touch.. when asked he said we are not wasting food and that we was going to have to pay. We told him that we only ate the fries and cheese dip and had a tea and soda and a kids drink we told him that we’ll pay for and asked him several times to let us pay. He then said NO ITS FINE LEAVE IT HOW IT IS. We said let us pay for everything we had the opportunity to wag and drink he said NO and walked away.
This establishment and it's employees are a joke. They messed up 3 of our dishes, after sending my 11 year Olds food back I didn't receive it until our meal was over and I was paying the check. They had ZERO concern that my child went the entire meal with no food. I had it bagged to go, when we got to the car my son's order was STILL wrong. They were not apologetic, they also still charged me full price on my bill and didn't offer any type of resolve AFTER i had to tell them 3 times what I ordered because they had items on my check that I didn't order. The young lady who rang us up actually smirked at the fact that I was upset my child didn't get to eat dinner with his family and Friends. What a terrible experience and my money would've been better spent down the road at 3 Amigos. Thank you for the crappy experience.
The greeter had no customer service skills. I eventually had to get a manager to seat me. Once that was done, there were no problems at all and everyone else was kind. They were not super busy either.
Food was awesome!!!! Waiter was great very friendly. Margarita was on point!!!!!!
Its not a bad place! In fact the food is good and staff were ok. If you want a mexican meal it is a place to go. However, it is outdone by 3 Amigos. 3 Amigos (for me personally) has better food and better deals. And less 3 Amigos exist than Plazas. If you've been to 1 Plaza Azteca, in my honest opinion, you've been to all of them. Still a good place for mexican food if you just wanna try something new or get accumulated to all the different resturaunts! (Note: I have not been here since 2018, so things could have changed!)
Ariana was the bartender the night we went, we were there for dinner but had chosen to sit at the bar and I'm so glad we did! Her upbeat and friendly attitude was enjoyable and she did a great job making conversation with us all without missing a beat with service. The food was delicious too! All around a great experience and will definitely be back.
Ordered empanadas advertised as 4 beef or chicken or assorted with Pico de Gallo and guacamole. I ordered the assorted but I got 3 beef empanadas on some Shredded cabbage, no Pico or guacamole. The empanada filling was tasteless. Disappointing and since we got take out I was stuck with it!The 7.99 taco salad is not a meal size portion, so just a heads up in case you're hungry this may not satisfy. The OMG nachos were good as were the chimichanga but overall we probably won't eat here again. Mediocre at best.
I found the food here very delicious I had the beef fajitas oh my gosh they were so good and they also serve lumpia I enjoyed the meal so much I will be back again and I will recommend it to everybody
