Pizza Hut Elizabeth City was closed for maybe a year after the pandemic, then when they reopened you could only call in orders to an out of state or EVEN OUT OF COUNTRY (we spoke to someone from Canada once)operator to place an order, the dining room remained closed until recently so the dining room has been closed for at least 2 years. Just today we go in NOT 1 PERSON IS IN THERE AND ITS LUNCH TIME, no beer, no salad and we cracked up when the girl said “we don’t have thin crust right now” ?? we left!!! WOW what a joke this Pizza Hut has turned into and it’s the only one in a 50 mile range. We are in our 50s and Pizza Hut has always been our favorite but we won’t be going back to this one again. GOOD LUCK!
I may be biased because i live across the street from Pizza Hut, I can literally look from my window and see the workers faces inside. I don’t love the food enough to be a Pizza Hut fan but this store has great staff, it’s close by, it’s fast, and the I line app is so easy to use I can just go over and pick up my food and leave. I love it. I miss the Buffett but I know they were tired of the big fat broads brining their rotten kids in and trashing the place. I also have to mention the cinnamon sticks..they are addictive and so gooey!!! Love them

When you try to call in an order, now, you'll be connected with resident of the country of India, who speaks very poor English. And they'll want your credit card number. In other words, you cannot call them on-site anymore.Been trading there for over 40 years.Never again.
Food ordered was received exactly as ordered and it was delivered fast. Absolutely no complaints.
cook pizza a few minutes longer to ensure proper cook throughout. Do not deem order ready if server is not ready to bring order to curbside pickup, and designate an official curbside pick spot. delivery drivers mixed in with customers and cannot determine what is what. Overall wait time from order being pinged as ready to actually pickup time was 15 minutes past 15 minutes stated to prepare and have order ready.
I ordered online during the day and scheduled a time for dinner. The order arrived at the time desired and delivery person was very polite. Extremely happy with service provided and we really enjoyed the pizza and brownies that were delivered. Thank you.
Be better at pizza quality order to order. My pizza was soggy as if it had been set in a puddle of water after it was removed from the oven.
My pizza was not done the crust was very doey and had no flavor on my crust. Had to put my wings in air fryer to cook them a little longer
