Stood in front of ordering for 10 min whike staff ignored me and didnt want to take order then toold ne after taking my order i shoukd of did order on the board. Lazy employees
Imma be real honest I get down on The Tanglewood McDonald's. But they screwed the pooch for the last time. Ordered food at 12:30Am...(they close at 1am).. the app took my order & I arrive 15 mins later to find out they decided to close early. Waste of my time & the 21 dollars McDonald's corporation took from me. LAST TIME....
Service was very slow front end was dirty. Supply boxes all over the front and got my order wrong twice.
The fries were soft and as seen in the picture. The double bacon cheeseburger was tossed together and falling out of the box (seen in picture). They were busy. I gave only 3 stars because of the poor quality of the food we recieved. I ordered on the screen inside and recieved my order within 5 minutes.
Ordered food in drive thru. Did not get the correct tea. Went in to relieve the correct drink. It was busy but the way the manager did not greet the guest is inexcusable. Being acknowledged is the one thing that should be paramount. The worst of this aggression is hearing this same manager saying they don't have time( to correct my drink) this is a grave mistake on her part.
This McDonald's has gotten so sad even the fries weep. You can't even get hot fresh food at all anymore. I've been there 4 Fridays in a row now and have received cold soggy fries, food that been in the hopper warmer since God knows when. They need to just shut down and let Burger King or Wendy's buy them out. They just don't care about the quality of their food anymore. I think this is the last time I order anything from a McDonald's in Elizabeth City, NC.
we ordered on sweet tea a strawberry banana smoothie and a coffee and we sat at the drive through for a good 10 mins waiting for all of it once we got the tea we waited for the other two drinks we got the coffee which was ice cold gave it back and they said it was old coffee from earlier waited a little longer on getting the smoothie they had to move a lot of boxes of stuff away from the machine and then just threw it under the counter. in stead of coffee we got another tea
Dining in and gave food on tray in bag. But the tray was dirty. Everyone dining in is eating out of bags. Have to eat out of bags in the lobby.
This place is ridiculous. I went in this more and the manager was all over the place. It took 20 mins to get my food this morning. And I plus some other customers got to see some mice running around on the floors.
Sat in the drive thru at the speaker for 10 minutes after the person on the speaker said they'd be with me in a minute. My order was never taken, the person never came back to the speaker and there was no one ahead of me in the drive thru line, the only cars that left the parking lot were the ones that were behind me in line and decided to leave.
