This is the worst McD's in town! Pulled to the speaker to order, but was told to pull to the 1st window. When I was able to approach the window, I asked, why my order wasn't taken... he decided he didn't want to use his headset for orders & liked taking the order at the window! Soo DUMB! At least 5 cars behind me pulled out of line due to this. So this extends your time in line... I was in line for 23 mins!! Not ideal for people on their lunch breaks!
This place is a joke..one piece of meat on my Big Mac,my drink tasted like water and the bun was hard as a rock..I unfortunately eat here almost every day because it’s close to my work and every day they are always out of something,no change even though they have a drawer full of change..don’t waste your time going to this McDonald’s..would definitely give negative stars if that were possible
Even for a fast food restaurant the service here is horrible. The staff in the morning is extremely rude and they have no customer service skills what so ever. Sat at drive thru window for 15 mins waiting on a drink they couldn't even make because their ice machine was down . They then got a attitude when i asked for a refund. Like its a problem I want my money back .
Everytime I go here the shake machine is out or something... Today the shake machine still down.. no tea or Dr pepper... No mcflurry except Oreo... No honey mustard... Then they can't read the ticket what lrg and what's not... This place is a joke will start going to either the one in town or by Walmart... Then u ask for Xtra onions and ketchup on burgers u get Xtra mustard and barley any ketchup or onion...
I usually go there after work about 6 am.last 2 times I went there I was told to order through the kiosk they wouldn't take the order at the counter,you can't customize through the kiosk very good
this McDonald's is awesome. it's very rare they make a mistake on my order, the food is always hot and fresh. MOST of the ppl are pleasant. even when the line is wrapped around the building there's never a long wait. and the tea is always amazing! I prefer this McDonald's over any other!
1st time here I was so disappointed in the service I drove off left food without paying at window...3months later I said lemme try again...never again! Food wrong again you would think good service is given you are getting paid in food service. But ordering online waiting for order that should be in a timely manner and is not also just to have my whole order messed up. Very disappointed and wont be going back! Another 1 bites the dust! Went to eat at this McDonald’s and my food came to 19.23 and gave her a twenty and the lady said had to have exact change or use card . Said if there it had to donated to McDonald house if any change back . When she opened her register drawer it was full of of change . She had plainly stated she had no change at all . I saw the drawer loaded in change when it opened. She had lied. She gives me change back and said it had to be donated . She was telling the other customers the same story . Won’t go back to that place . Lying to their customers
I used to really like this location, but they've just been screwing up our mobile orders lately. My mom ordered a Big Mac Meal and I had gotten a Crispy Chicken Sandwich. When we left, they had put the Big Mac in a Deluxe Crispy Chicken box but no Crispy Chicken. I got my fries and a drink, but not the Chicken Sandwich.I'm very disappointed...
All I have nice to say is clean restaurant. Ordered in drive thru, gave me 2 of 6 drinks. The 2 drinks they did give was iced coffee and he forgot which was what flavor, then went inside to get my other 4 drinks with the receipt, they wanted to argue with us and only gave us 2 of the 4 drinks and kept my receipt.
