I have been in there 2 times since my last visit last visit and this now makes my 3rd.Every time I have been in since, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY COMMON ITEMS ready to order.. every time they quote me between 10 and 20 minutes. The one time I took them up on this, it took 35 minutes... there is also no personal interaction, they won't even look you in the eye and sre just regurgitating a script. This is terrible customer service at a management level.
This place is always over packed with waiting customers. Staff is slow. Everytime we have gone in, you can hear the staff in the back complain about how long they have been working, that they are understaffed, and they don't get a break...ummm....when your customer can hear you complaining they don't want to return! You know when lunch and dinner rush is....so what's the big deal, and why does it take 45 minutes for two pepperoni pizzas? Pizza is ok, not a fan of the staff, they are rude and have no customer service skills.
They offer contactless pickup when you use the app. They're usually steady which keeps the food hot and fresh.
People were really nice and friendly and even being in the South and me being African-American I really enjoyed the experience
Bread sticks were either completely flat or hollow. Maybe next time will be better?

The first pizza I had was dried out & cold. I just ordered it so I didn't understand how this happened. I did get another one but I guess the first one threw me off?
Placed Portal Pick up order ahead of time so as to avoid line wait. I arrived at pickup time only to find order not ready. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes. Was not happy bad enough it was down pouring outside. I waited patiently. Got my order and left.
Worst store ever. On top of no one to answer 800#. They don’t care. No way I should have had yo wait an hour for pizza when I ordered ahead of time and people who ordered with the store got theirs way ahead. Whole point of ordering ahead. System sucks
I tried to call them. I called over 20 times and the phone was always busy. I went and got a pizza anyway because I do like their pizza.
