This is the 2nd time they have messed up my order in 2 weeks now.i ordered a 2pc extra crispy drumsticks meal w/ side & drink ...they gave me the wrong side the 1st time and a drum & wing and this time they gave me a drum & a thigh .why can't they ever seem to get my order right? Then I call and call and noone ever answers the phone to get this straight.Very disappointing here in Elizabeth city,City, ??
Had this delivered. Received the wrong chicken. Got extra crispy instead of original, pieces were super tiny and over cooked. Hardly any chicken on them. Mashed potatoes were awesome though.
$17 for 4 legs and 4 thighs. No sides. It definitely wasn't worth the price
Smallest pieces of chicken I have ever received . Overpriced overcooked. Are you now substituting with pigeon? To many chicken places in town to be passing substandard chicken off
It's getting better.Customer service was not soo good before, but I feel they made changes.The other thing is that I haven't received any coupons from here in the mail... Don't know what's going on...Cheers
We love the new ? plant based nuggets...they are ? good with BQ or ranch dip. Like the chicken ? ? strips as well, but a little tough, perhaps over fried or fried twice? Still good ? though.
I'm telling you I've never seen such teeny weeny pieces of chicken it's like little bitty baby chickens 12 pieces don't even go up to half a box I remember when I was younger the box was full of chicken cuz they used real regular pieces of chicken what's it going to be in 10 more years quarter way up the box for 50 pieces I mean it's just getting ridiculous chicken does not cost that much
For the money that you spend at the store the chicken leg was about 3 in Long I've never seen such little baby bird chicken for myself I would go somewhere else like Food Lion or Walmart to buy my chicken
I don't know what they've done to that chicken but it's just like it was when I was a child and I'm 60years old now good job KFC
