Went in around 1 pm so there was no crowd. There was a sign on the door stating due to limited Staff, wait times may take longer to be seated and served. No problem being seated, we were Seated right away. The server waited on us within a few minutes. We ordered; I had the sausage and gravy, which came with 4 skinny sausage links, eggs which I got with cheese and I ordered hash browns , which I asked to be cooked with jalapeños and onions. My friend got two scrambled with cheese, bacon and hash browns with onions and a side of toast. The hash browns looked like they were baked, not grilled, because they came out in a square slab. Whoever cooked them slapped the toppings on the top and my friend, they didn't put her onions on her hash browns at all. The toast came with no butter and was cold. The eggs were hanging off the side of my plate and had a weird taste to them so I didn't finish them. It took 15 minutes to receive our food. They had six tables and two servers and most of the people had Already been served when we were seated. Not impressed. Won't be returning anytime soon.
I got the scrambled eggs and waffles and it was delicious! Our server was great and kept us supplied with water and coffee. We were seated within 5 minutes and I will definitely eat there again.
Waitress was very nice. Cheeseburger Omlet was GINORMOUS!!
It was so empty when I showed up, that I sort of thought they were closed. Went in and was seated quickly. Numerous customers came in shortly after I ordered, and the poor waitress did her best to keep up. The other staff did a wonderful job of helping out. I sure hope she and the rest of the staff are being paid well.The food was fresh and delicious. Well worth the small wait to be served.
Our waitress was nice, but not the best... We waited a very long time for our food. We saw multiple people come in after us and get their food much quicker. We had to wait 30 minutes just to get straws. Then, she brought out the incorrect food. The best part about the experience was the food, and it was decent ?.
It was very empty when I arrived, and I almost those it was closed, but in fact, it was not. Waitress quickly seated me and took my orders. It started to get busy after that. And was glad other staff began helping as more people started pouring in. I hope the staff get paid well, as they all worked hard to make sure the customers needs were taken care of. The food was delicious and fresh.
This place has zero appeal and the manager is completely rude. If you have lots of time to spare and don't mind being given watered down coffee and burnt food served with no condiments and sad excuses for bad food bad service you'll love this place. As for me and my family we would prefer McDonald's over this place and for those that know me knows how much we dislike McDonald's. Eat here at your own risk.
Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive, but our food was slow to arrive. My parents had almost finished their sandwiches and fries prior to my ever receiving my breakfast order. The menu lacks the variety of sandwiches it formerly had.
Ihop's menu caters to all , especially to the Senior Citizens. Excellent choices and the prices are affordable. The wait staff are friendly and attentive to your needs.
My son loved his burger! Waitress was friendly and did great job!
