The staff doesn't seem to care as much I would say...they make the food and pass it along. But coming in the store one guy was off (smelled like weed) and knocked over the kids bag (accident) and still hand it to drive thru. I couldn't see over the counter if anything fell out but I think that's pretty unsanitary. Plus when you do walk in they don't acknowledge you right away they see you and walk away and after 5 minutes if you're still there they'll speak up.
Only because the cashier was amazing and funny. 1 star for food because it was dry burgers, fries and the tiny chicken tenders tasted like they were all cooked hours before. The drinks were the only acceptable things we got.
Breakfast was good. The Ultimate sausage biscuit was very good, a little Salty but very good.
This restaurant is incredibly slow. You'll wait 45 minutes in the drive through and about 20 if you go inside. Not an exaggeration. It's obvious that the employees are in no hurry to get your food to you. Also, check your order before you leave. I've received the wrong order repeatedly. The food is good when it's right but that's about the only good thing I can say about this place.
This place had the nerve to have an ad on the drive-thru window stating that this store has 95% cleaness score. After receiving my food, my kids and I used their bathrooms. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with uncleanness. The bathrooms looked like they've never been clean before. We went back to the car to enjoy our food and that was even worse. The food taste how the restaurant looked, NASTY!!!!
Not impressed 2 piece chicken meal for $5.00 was very dried out. Got sides of mashed potatoes w/gravy and paid extra for green beans. The green beans were not any good either.
Their drive through took 10 minutes from ordering at the box till they handed me my food. I did get what I ordered but it was cold. Never going back again.
Watched at least 6 cars go through drive thru served before they helped the first person in line inside the store. The biscuit sandwich was extremely dry and not worth eating. Huge waste of time.
Compliments to the workers. Today is 2.4.22. At about 4pm, I stopped by to get a hotdog and some burgers with extra pickles. Yum. When I got in line, there was “gentlemen” at the register waiting to order while the workers were counting drawers in what was obviously shift change. He was on his phone very loudly, putting all his business out on front street for everyone in the store’s entertainment. In less than a minute the worker asked to take this persons order, but he kept talking on his phone. The manager asked him to get off his phone so they could take his order. The woker asked again if she could take his order, and this time he deigned to stop his conversation long enough to berate her in a highly abusive manner for making him wait. ?She apologized for his wait and for a third time asked his order. He spit it out at her in such a hateful way and went back to his phone conversation, complaining about how Hardees needs to be shut down for making him wait. ?. In less than two minutes he had his food, Then he was abusing her because there was no catsup but in the bag because everyone wants catsup. I happen to know that the policy in most fast food restaurants is to give catsup only when asked. Not everyone eats it, I don’t always. Giving catsup to people who throw it away is wasteful. The worker was just as polite as possible in the face of this ignorant, uncouth low class “gentleman.” If had been me, that flipping chicken dinner and large ice tea would have been emptied over his abusive head. As a person that worked her way through college in fast food, waitressing, and bartending, I want to compliment all the workers on shift for their high level of professionalism in the face of one of the most hateful and abusive customers I have seen in years. I want to give a shout out to all three workers, yes I said three people were running that store alone, and by the way they were walking, they had been at it a long time. It was obvious they were utterly exhausted but still working, still polite. Everyone needs to have a little compassion for others during this pandemic. All employers are struggling to find employees, those willing to work are stretched thin. And nasty, rude, male Karens who feel powerful because they can talk to their one friend on a cell phone in public need to reach out and touch the real fact that they are not all that important.
The beef on my western bacon cheeseburger was so salty, it was nearly inedible. There wasn't enough BBQ sauce at all. My daughter's chicken had a gummy texture. Neither of us could finish our food. They didn't have coinage to give people change either.
