I spent 45 minutes in drive thru just waiting from start to finish for my order. It is only 3:00p.m. and there were only 2 vehicles before me. Now there are 7 cars behind me and I am not sure why it has taken so long. I work food service as well. This is the only play I get my iced coffee from. Sad that establishments can't keep working people.
Service was not up to standards for Dunkin' donuts I was really disappointed when I received the items I had ordered the coffee was cold. When I sent it back and asked for too hot coffees the person behind the counter had to disgusted look on her face like it's never happened before. I think with an update on training these people might get the items out in a reasonable time frame with a little bit of professionalism.
Amazing experience lately. This ECity location was great when they first opened years ago by then slowly went downhill with super rude staff. So i stopped going. This New Jersey girl grew up on Dunkin and was disappointed with what it had turned into here. Decided on a whim to try it again a few months ago with a good experience and then again today. The girl on the other end of the driveup was THE SWEETEST. She I think said shes from NY and her name is Bryan (sp). Staff and how they treat customers make a huge impact. She also made the BEST frozen coffee I have ever had from Dunkin. Props to Amazing employees!! She deserves a huge raise!
I visited the drive thru at 7:30 this morning and was helped by a young lady in a black fuzzy jacket with long braids and a brown scrunchie in her hair. She was very nice and took a moment to give me a compliment, which she has done on my previous visits, even though it was busy. I keep forgetting to look at her name tag but every time I see her she’s always got a smile on and is just genuinely in a good mood. She never sounds grumpy on the intercom and seems to enjoy her job. I just wanted you to be aware of what a good employee you have and hopefully she sticks around for awhile.
No hot lattes for over a week now! Then had to wait in a super long line just to go somewhere else to get what I like.....
Do not order from them online! They will not honor your order and you get what is left over. I put an order in the night before so that they would fill it the next morning… I also called the store to make sure. The donuts were for an event using a donut board. I picked the donuts up at noon after church. They hadn’t filled the order that morning. I ordered 2 dozen donuts and only half had holes to place on the board. Oder from your local bakery instead.
There was a crowd who had already ordered waiting for drinks and a line waiting to order when we walked in. The gentleman behind the counter and the woman making the drinks knocked it out with a smile and we're both calm and polite. Once we recieved our order and sat down the lady making drinks checked on us multiple times while slinging drinks. Great hustle! Thank you!
We were so disappointed! They didn't have many donuts at all, so we got 6 and some munchkins. They didn't taste fresh at all, they tasted like they were day old donuts!
This is without a doubt the worst DD I've ever been to. Every time I come here, they never have any of the advertised flavors except the gerneric ones. The other thing is that the drive-through is the slowest in all drive throughs I've ever experienced. One time, I waited over 30 minutes. This place needs some attending.
The fella was real patient and curteous along with helpful, with having a toddler in tow. Coffee and English muffin sandwich was real good.
