Food is great prices are good,so far people are friendly
Small sandwich. Taste was mostly horseradish and could not taste meat. Meal was tiny
By far the best cook out I have ever been to. We had a huge order for five adults and two kids. The man over the speaker did not skip a beat, he repeated everything back to me and it was perfect. We expected to wait awhile but they had our food ready to go at the window. It was nice and hot!! I inhaled that burger so fast!!! Hushpuppies were fanfreaking tastic!
I visited this Cookout with a tour bus of 43. They were so efficient and quick. The crew were great and kind! The menu has something for everyone on the bus.
I have been to this location a few times and normally the services is good but tonight me and my wife went through the drivethru we ordered three different plates and out of the three only one was correct. One double burger had only ketchup and pickles on it when I ordered it extra ketchup and pickles with the works with a chicken quesadea and chili cheese fries I recived a cheese quesadea. The second double burger tray was suppose to have a double order of fries we only received one order with it. I get this location is busy but this is the worst service I have ever gotten there.
The food and this cookout was the same as the others. Very good for fast food. And like every other cookout The Price is Right.
The burger was fine but not great while the onion rings were just barely warm and floppy/soft. The staff was very friendly and patient with new person reviewing the menu.
We went there as a family for lunch and they got 1/2 of the orders wrong, but they were friendly and had fairly fast service.
I like their food, its usually fresh & hot, and they are quick except late nights especially weekends; there is a wait on the line late-night weekends. However, its worth the wait IMO. Also, the food is reasonably priced and you get a nice portion of food plus a drink when you choose a small or large tray, which comes with a what I call an entree plus two sides, one could be a wrap so that would be two sandwiches plus another side. All priced at 6.00 to 7.00. I've never ordered off the huge regular menu but there are lots of options. I highly recommend.
My husband and I recently stopped by for our favorite milkshakes and I just want to give a shout out to the young lady working the walk up window, I believe her name was Makaida (not sure if spelling) She was not only friendly and polite, but also acted like she enjoyed her job. It’s nice to have an interaction like that when so many people today, in customer service seem miserable. Thank you Makaida. And the milkshake was perfect!! We asked for extra toppings and she really hooked us up!!
