So I love CFA, However, this CFA Is always running out of Salad and Wraps. Which being a diabetic is what I go for when my kids are begging me for CFA.So I am changing my review. Holy moly! I will come at 7pm after my daughters horse riding and every time I sit in the drive through for at least half an hour. This is by far the slowest CFA I have ever been to. It did not use to be like this.
While the staff was friendly and courteous, they were busy. We ordered at 1145. It took 20 minutes to get our food after we ordered it at the counter inside. We enjoyed the food once we received it and just barely made our subsequent appointment on time.
Slowest service you will ever get. Took an hour get through the drive through and it wasn't even that busy. They serviced 1 car every 4-5 minutes. Don't waste your time at this chicflia
Young ladies inside that work dinner hours are really good and professional. 2 days consecutively, the drive thru line was long, lot of cars and not moving very fast. On the 2nd day, we wanted to do drive thru but the line was too long, so ordered via app, went inside, picked up food from mobile online orders counter and it was not many people inside and the young ladies were fast and efficient. We ordered food inside as well and it seem like I got our food faster than others that were waiting in line. One of the young ladies went outside after she took my order and she closed the drive thru line a little after 9pm. A sign on the door said that they are open from 6:30am to 9pm.
I went by Chick Fil A in Elizabeth City at approximately 1:30 PM this date and cars were wrapped around the building and into the street waiting on the drive through. I parked in the parking lot and went inside and only to find signs saying there is no counter service and could not get to order. With gas at $4 per gallon, it is pointless to me to wait for an hour and would add additional cost to the meal. It would have been beneficial to put on the sign in front “drive through only.” I left without getting a meal for me and my family and went elsewhere. It is unhealthy with all the idling vehicles and wasteful of unnecessary fuel being used sitting in a drive through
Always the worst Chick-fil-A. Line is terrible. Waiting in line 30 min at drive thru for person to take my order including what dressing i wanted and then tell me they cannot make a salad due to being sorry staffed. Drove right off.
After a 45 minute wait in the drive through, our order was completely wrong and items were missing. The price did not reflect what we received, but instead of wasting another hour of time just trying to get what we paid for, we gave up and went home.
I've been here for years and the food and service quality has become awful. Don't come any time after 6 if you want them to have what you order. They are always out of everything!
I have been in this area for a long time. This Chick-fil-A used to be the best. Sadly for the past year, it is one of the worst. Not sure what happened, management blaming Covid not enough people etc. Customer service has gone down and more importantly the food quality has gotten disgusting. I personally drive my family up 17 (45) min away to get a better experience and better food quality.Don’t waste your time, go to Panera next door. Better service better food experience overall.
For weeks, they have been standing outside urging to people to order online to allow for more time to prepare the food. Following directions, I did so. After passing through the special line for online orders (which was still super long as expected), I got up to the window and told them my name. I was then told that since I did not give my name at the menu I would have to go all the way back around (about a 30 minute wait) because they did not prepare my food. What is the point of ordering online 35 minutes before arrival if it won’t be ready when I arrive? The management at this chick fil a is sub par.
